Šā gada 21.maijā Saeima pieņēma šinī likumā grozījumus, ar kuriem spēkā stāšanās laiks tika pārcelts no šā gada 1.jūlija uz nākamā gada 1.janvāri. Vienlaikus tika izstrādāti minētajā likumā arī grozījumi, kuri arī tika pieņemti pirmajā lasījumā, lai precizētu šo procedūru... to, kā veidojas un izpaužas amatpersonu darbība tieši maksātnespējas administrēšanas procesos. Jāteic, ka šis likums nevar tikt skatīts atrauti no Maksātnespējas likuma, kurš arī noteica to principu, ka maksātnespējas administratori pēc savas darbības ir pielīdzināmi valsts amatpersonām. Jāteic, ka grozījumi minētajā likumā paredz divas lietas - pastiprināt ārējo kontroli pār sniegto informāciju un palielināt arī publicitāti maksātnespējas administratoru darbā.
