Un, atsākot darbu, vēlos novēlēt kolēģiem pieņemt lēmumus profesionāli, godprātīgi un atbildīgi. Frakcijas “No sirds Latvijai” mērķi Saeimas rudens sesijas cēlienam paliek nemainīgi – panākt, ka valsts strādā Latvijas iedzīvotāju un uzņēmēju interesēs, nevis otrādi, kā tas nereti notiek pašlaik. Viena no mūsu galvenajām prioritātēm rudens sesijā būs 2016.gada valsts budžets un budžetu pavadošie grozījumi likumos, kuri saistīti ar nodokļiem, nodevām un citiem iedzīvotāju maksājumiem valstī. Tieši šie likumi lielā mērā noteiks Latvijas turpmāko izaugsmi un ikviena cilvēka ticību savai valstij. It īpaši tas attiecas uz pensijām – gan uz visu to pensiju pārrēķinu jau 2016.gadā, kurām kopš 2009.gada tika piemērots negatīvais indekss, gan uz pensiju apmēra palielināšanu kopumā. Vēlos informēt, ka saistībā ar negatīvo kapitāla indeksu frakcija kopā ar kolēģiem jau ir sagatavojusi pieteikumu Satversmes tiesai. Pieteikumā tiek lūgts Satversmes tiesu atzīt par neatbilstošiem likuma “Par valsts pensijām” pārejas noteikumus un uzdot Saeimai noteikt pensiju pārrēķināšanas kārtību. Vēlos uzsvērt, ka frakcija “No sirds Latvijai” rūpīgi izvērtēs budžeta pozīciju lietderību un uzdos izpildvarai jautājumus par neskaidriem izdevumiem. Uzskatu, ka budžeta pieņemšanas un budžeta izmaiņu veikšanas process ir necaurskatāms un to pilnā apmērā izmanto izpildvara, kura, neprofesionāli strādājot, rada nodokļu maksātājiem zaudējumus. Un kārtējais apliecinājums tam bija Saeimas šodien pieņemtais lēmums par budžeta līdzekļu pārdali no KNAB budžeta, jo bija izgāzies kārtējais mēģinājums korupcijas apkarotājus nodrošināt ar jaunām telpām un tātad 2015.gadam ieplānoto var izmantot citiem mērķiem. Vēlos vērst jūsu uzmanību uz to, ka tādā veidā, regulāri mainot lēmumus par KNAB telpām, jau pašlaik nelietderīgi izlietots vairāk nekā pusmiljons eiro no nodokļu maksātāju naudas. Saistībā ar budžetu ne mazāk būtisks jautājums ir nodokļu sloga mazināšana ikvienam valsts iedzīvotājam un komersantam. Sekojot līdzi diskusijām valdībā, nākas secināt, ka diez vai nodokļu pakete, kuru mums piedāvās apstiprināšanai, ir draudzīga nodokļu maksātājiem un vērsta uz valsts attīstību. Tā tas nedrīkst būt, un to nedrīkst pieļaut! Kontekstā ar budžetu, nodokļiem un valsts attīstību vēlos vērst uzmanību vēl uz vienu “No sirds Latvijai” prioritāti – nodrošināt valsts ilgtspējīgu attīstību. Diemžēl šobrīd, neskatoties uz daudzajām stratēģijām un nozaru plāniem, trūkst kopēja redzējuma par valsts attīstību, kā arī profesionāla, neatkarīga vērtējuma, kā konkrētie lēmumi vai likumi ietekmē valsts ilgtermiņa attīstību. “No sirds Latvijai” uzskata, ka ir svarīgi Saeimā izveidot Stratēģiskās plānošanas un analīzes biroju, kurā piesaistīt mūsu akadēmiskos spēkus un saņemt šādus no izpildvaras neatkarīgus vērtējumus, lai spētu pieņemt valsts ilgtermiņa attīstībai svarīgus lēmumus. Ne mazāk būtiska ir arī divu “No sirds Latvijai” deputātu vadīto parlamentāro izmeklēšanas komisiju darba pabeigšana, komisiju galaziņojumu apstiprināšana un atbildīgo (drīzāk es gribētu teikt – neatbildīgo) personu nosaukšana. Zolitūdes traģēdijas parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisija jau sagatavojusi galaziņojumu un tagad tas tiek apspriests, turpretim bankas “Citadele” pārdošanas procesa parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisijas darbs turpinās, un komisija gaida atbildes no Ģenerālprokuratūras par četriem parlamentārās izmeklēšanas gaitā konstatētiem faktiem, kas norāda uz iespējamiem amatpersonu veiktiem likuma pārkāpumiem bankas “Citadele” pārdošanas procesā. Saeimas rudens sesija būs saspringta un atbildīgu lēmumu pilna. Tāpēc no sirds novēlu deputātiem nepagurt. Pateicos.".
