Mēs runājam par solidaritāti. Bēgļi ir problēma visā Eiropā. Bet Latvijas gadījumā mēs jau esam faktiski savu lēmumu pateikuši, piekrituši kopīgai nostājai Eiropas Savienībā, šim sadalījumam. Un tie ir tie 250. Mums ir skaidri jāpasaka, ka tas arī ir viss un ka mēs šinī vietā liekam punktu, jo mēs esam iesaistījušies solidāri. Attiecībā uz bēgļiem ir jāsaprot, kādas mums ir finansiālās iespējas, kādi mums ir resursi. Mēs nekādā gadījumā nevēlamies, lai bēgļi, kuri meklē patvērumu, finansiāli izmaksātu Latvijas valstij vairāk un saņemtu lielākus līdzekļus nekā mūsu pašu mazturīgās ģimenes un mūsu pensionāri. Tāda situācija nedrīkst būt. Un pašlaik ļoti neskaidrs jautājums, pie kā mums ir jāstrādā, ir integrācijas jautājums. Un tādēļ šinī brīdī mēs vairs neredzam iespēju, ka mēs varētu arī runāt par kaut kādiem papildu pasākumiem. Mēs šinī gadījumā uzticamies tam, kādu virzību ir uzņēmis šis jautājums. Par bēgļiem ir jārunā Saeimā, par bēgļiem šeit tātad ir jāpieņem lēmumi. Un tāda arī turpmāk būs mūsu pozīcija: runājam Saeimā, lēmumus pieņemam Saeimā. Par budžetu. Jā, šeit bija runa par apropriāciju. Taču runa ir ne tikai par lauksaimniecību un par vienu – cūkkopības – nozari; ir runa arī par to, ka lauksaimniecībā ir problēmas vairākās nozarēs. Tāda ir piena nozare, kurā ir ļoti kritiska situācija. Jā, tāda ir arī cūkkopības nozare, kas Āfrikas cūku mēra dēļ pašlaik saskaras ar grūtībām. Bet Latvija meklē jau risinājumus, runājot ar Eiropas Savienību; jau ir vienreiz atbalsts no Eiropas Savienības saņemts. Arī Latvija ir vairākos piegājienos ieguldījusi līdzekļus. Piemēram, kopumā piena nozarē kopš krīzes sākuma, kad sākās problēmas ar Krievijas tirgu, Latvijas valsts ir ieguldījusi apmēram 30 miljonus eiro. Pašlaik darba kārtībā ir arī jautājums par atbalstu cūkkopības nozarei, ir sagatavots pieprasījums Eiropas Komisijai un ziņojums par esošo situāciju, jo Āfrikas cūku mēra izplatība nav tikai Latvijas problēma, tā ir arī citu... arī mūsu kaimiņvalstu problēma, un ļoti nopietni šajā jautājumā tiek strādāts. Ar šādu vienu nelielu Latvijas maksājumu mēs nevaram palīdzēt nozarei, te ir tiešām vajadzīga šī kopējā Eiropas palīdzība. Un pie šā jautājuma mēs arī pašlaik strādājam. Attiecībā uz budžetu es gribu teikt, ka pašlaik tas vēl nav līdz Saeimai nokļuvis un par to mēs arī runājam un diskutējam, ir pieņemti ļoti daudzi svarīgi lēmumi. Pašlaik budžets ir uzsācis savu virzību, un mēs joprojām paliekam pie tā, ka mums prioritāte ir drošība – gan iekšējā, gan ārējā. Tā ir veselība, izglītība. Mēs esam pieņēmuši arī lēmumu par minimālās algas pacelšanu. Un šeit es gribu teikt, ka ZZS ir vienmēr bijusi par minimālās algas pacelšanu. Tas, ko mēs esam šajās sarunās uzsvēruši, – ka, paceļot minimālo algu, ir arī jārada un jāiezīmē līdzekļi tās pacelšanai, jo mēs nevaram tikai pateikt “Paceļam algu!” un tad uzticēt, lai pašvaldības un valsts iestādes pašas meklē un iekšēji atrod līdzekļus, kā pacelt minimālo algu. Atsevišķos gadījumos tas beidzas ar to, ka iestādes samazina štatus, un rezultātā pakalpojumi, ko tās sniedz, ir mazāk pieejami cilvēkiem (kaut vai, piemēram, ja mēs runājam par medicīnu). Nu, un tādēļ, jā, mēs esam šos risinājumus atraduši, lai varētu algas pacelt, ir šie līdzekļi. Un mēs, ZZS, arī esam par minimālās algas pacelšanu.".
