Varbūt tad mēs varētu arī pie reizes inkvizīcijas likumdošanas paketi - politiskās inkvizīcijas likumdošanas paketi! - veidot? Tas nozīmētu, ka ar jebkuru personu valstī var politiski izrēķināties atkarībā no tā, kāds ir valdošais politiskais uzstādījums. (No frakcijas SASKAŅA: “Kad tā nav bijis?”) Cienījamie kolēģi! Tas ir Ministru kabineta jautājums un galvenokārt - Saeimas jautājums par budžeta līdzekļu labu vadību. Un, redziet nu, tas ir mūsu pašu neizdarītais mājasdarbs! Cienījamie kolēģi! Sudrabas kundze arī uzsvēra, ka mums ir jādzīvo pēc principa: “Viens likums - viena taisnība visiem.” Bet attiecībā uz Nacionālo elektronisko plašsaziņas līdzekļu padomi, manuprāt, šādā veidā, četrām amatpersonām inkriminējot kādu kolektīvo vainu (No zāles dep. Nacionālā elektronisko plašsaziņas līdzekļu padome ir viena no šīm institūcijām. Krūmiņas kundze rosināja deputātus tad tikpat rūpīgi izskatīt jebkura cita... citas amatpersonas atbildību šajā sakarā attiecībā uz šiem septiņiem ziņojumiem. Kolēģi! Šodien, rosinot atbrīvot no amata četras Nacionālās elektronisko plašsaziņas līdzekļu padomes amatpersonas, Saeima ir palaidusi garām izcilu iespēju izvērtēt padomes darbu šajos trīsarpus gados, izvērtēt, kā Nacionālā elektronisko plašsaziņas līdzekļu padome ir reaģējusi uz padomes (Zālē troksnis. Starpsaucieni. Sēdes vadītāja noklaudzina ar āmuru.) spēju strādāt ar informatīvās telpas aizsardzību, sagatavot likumprojektus, savlaicīgi reaģēt uz problēmām, kas rodas medijos, un tā tālāk. Dimanta kunga apsūdzība balstās uz 10 minūšu runas veidā izteiktu apsūdzību un diskusiju, kas sekoja pēc tam. Par pārējiem padomes locekļiem vērtējums tika izteikts apmēram divos teikumos. Cienījamie kolēģi, tas nav nopietni! Šobrīd Eiropas Komisijas Augstā pārstāve ārlietās Mogerīni kundze ir piedāvājusi Eiropas Savienības stratēģiskās komunikācijas plānu. Tur ir ļoti liela loma piešķirta tieši nacionālajiem mediju regulatoriem, lai cīnītos pret informatīvo karu, kas šobrīd notiek pret Eiropas Savienību. Kas no mūsu puses ar to cīnīsies? Vai šie nabaga četri cilvēki, kas šobrīd tiek pakļauti politiskai vajāšanai? Kas cīnīsies? Es aicinu balsot “pret” šo likumprojektu un tiešām nopietni domāt par Saeimas atbildību, tajā skaitā par jautājumiem, kā nošķirt padomes funkcijas attiecībā uz sabiedrisko pasūtījumu komercpasūtījumu, kā panākt to, lai sabiedriskie mediji beidzot iziet no reklāmas tirgus. Cilvēktiesību un sabiedrisko lietu komisijā ir darba grupa, ko vada Kaimiņa kungs, bet tur nekas nav piedāvāts. Šobrīd tikai ir piedāvāts nocirst četras galvas. Es šos lēmumus neatbalstu.
