Un es aicinātu tā vietā, lai šeit ķidātu katru padomes locekli atsevišķi, domāt Saeimai par to, ar ko Saeimai primāri ir jānodarbojas, - ar likumdošanu. Un šeit jau vairākus gadus prasās mainīt likumu un to izstrādāt līdz šīs padomes pilnvaru beigām: a - padomes funkciju maiņa, un otra lieta - pārskatīt, kas tad to padomi tomēr ievēlē. Ir redzams, ka pēc līdzšinējās sistēmas Saeima vienkārši ar to netiek galā. Tātad es aicinu domāt par jaunu likumu, jo tur ir tā problēma.
