Frakcijas “No sirds Latvijai” vārdā aicinu pozīcijas deputātus rīkoties atbildīgi un neslēpties aiz kārtējiem solījumiem, bet noteikt konkrētas apņemšanās. Es gribu uzsvērt - tieši konkrētas! Cienījamie kolēģi, es vēlos uzsvērt, ka mēs nerunājam par nesaņemto pensiju atmaksu, bet tikai par vienu - atdot vienai pensionāru daļai to, ko viņi bija nopelnījuši. Šis būtu īstais brīdis, lai šo pateicību izteiktu un atgrieztu sociālo taisnīgumu. Diemžēl likumprojekta pārejas noteikumu norma, kas neparedz konkrētu pensiju pārrēķināšanas grafiku, ir kārtējais solījums, jo - kā gan var nesolīt? Manuprāt, šo situāciju raksturo viens vienīgs vārds - netaisnība! Netaisnība pret pensionāriem, kuri iznesa krīzi uz saviem pleciem (No zāles dep. V.Spolītis: “Visi nesa!”), pacieta, samierinājās un veidoja Latvijas “veiksmes stāstu”. Valdībai šos cilvēkus vajadzētu novērtēt un prēmēt par to, ka viņi samierinājās, saprata un pacietās. Mēs saprotam to, ka koalīcija pēdējā brīdī ir apzinājusies, cik bīstami tuvu tā ir pienākusi sabiedrības pacietības robežai. Tajā pašā laikā piedāvātais kompromisa variants diemžēl nesniedz skaidru atbildi, kad ir plānots pārskatīt piešķirtās pensijas, kādā laika grafikā un kā tas notiks. Kārtējo reizi pozīcija slēpjas aiz skaistiem, neko neizsakošiem teikumiem, piemēram, ka konkrētos gados pārskatāmās pensijas un nosacījumi tiks noteikti, ievērojot valsts budžeta iespējas. Kolēģi, var jau aizslēpties aiz neko neizsakošām normām, ka kaut ko kaut kad kaut kam jau iedos. Tomēr diezin vai, atbalstot šo zināmu politiķu starpā panākto vienošanos, jums radīsies Saeimas priekšsēdētājas novēlētā padarītā darba sajūta. Ja nu vienīgi sajūta, ka ir sperts viltīgs solis un pieklusināta pensionāru balss, lai neaptumšotu 8.jūliju. Mēs, frakcija “No sirds Latvijai” - un arī es personīgi -, labi apzināmies valsts budžeta iespējas šajā un nākamajos gados, ņemot vērā gan ģeopolitisko situāciju pasaulē, gan Latvijas ekonomikas attīstības tendences. Tāpēc būtu tikai godprātīgi jau šobrīd uzsākt nopietnas sarunas par valsts pārvaldes optimizāciju, valsts budžeta finansēto programmu rūpīgu pārvērtējumu, jo valsts pamatbudžets patiešām ir jāpilnveido, nevis uz sociālā budžeta pārpalikuma bāzes jādzīvo tā, it kā mūsu ekonomikas rādītāji uzrādītu strauju izaugsmi. Kā savā atbildē uz mūsu frakcijas deputātu jautājumiem par grozījumiem pensiju likumā atbildēja (likumīgi, bet ciniski!) Finanšu ministrija - deficīta slieksni var pārsniegt, palielinot izdevumus, lai izpildītu Satversmes tiesas spriedumus. Tātad pensionāriem, lai savas dzīves laikā panāktu pensiju pārrēķinu - bet budžeta iespējas to neļaus! -, ātrākais veids ir vērsties tiesā. Vai tā ir taisnīga valsts? Manuprāt, ir pienācis laiks, lai pensionāriem vairs nebūtu jāizdod nauda valsts funkciju nodrošināšanai. Es aicinu atbalstīt mūsu sagatavotos priekšlikumus, kas paredz reālas apņemšanās. Un, kā vairākkārt publiski ir apliecinājis labklājības ministrs, šiem priekšlikumiem ir finansējums sociālajā budžetā un tas neietekmē pensiju sistēmas ilgtspēju. Savukārt aicinu finanšu ministru būt atbildīgam un piedāvāt reālus pasākumus, lai sabalansētu valsts pamatbudžetu, nevis turpinātu uzdzīvot, izmantojot speciālā budžeta uzkrājumu. Pateicos!".
