Šodien trešajā, galīgajā, lasījumā tika izskatīti četri mūsu komisijas likumprojekti un viens likumprojekts – otrajā, galīgajā, lasījumā. Vispirms par šodien pieņemto likumu “Grozījumi likumā “Par valsts pensijām””. Vēlos pateikt jums, cienītie radioklausītāji, galvenos jautājumus, kas ir risināti, grozot likumu “Par valsts pensijām”. Pirmām kārtām jāmin jautājums par tiem I un II grupas invalīdiem, kuri, saņemot invaliditātes pensiju, turpina savas darba gaitas. Satversmes tiesa ir pieņēmusi savu spriedumu, tas stāsies spēkā ar 1.jūliju, un nāksies pārrēķināt invaliditātes pensijas, ņemot vērā arī veiktās sociālās apdrošināšanas iemaksas. Tas nozīmē, ka personām, kuras ir strādājušas, saņemot invaliditātes pensiju, invaliditātes pensija būs lielāka. Šī lieta ir izlabota. Otrs jautājums. Jaunais likums “Grozījumi likumā “Par valsts pensijām”” nosaka arī vienu ļoti būtisku lietu, kas attiecas uz cilvēkiem ar invaliditāti. Ja darba ekspertīzes ārstu komisija pagarina viņiem invaliditātes periodu un to nevar izdarīt viena mēneša laikā, tad šie cilvēki (ļoti daudzi Latvijā mūs ir uzrunājuši šajā sakarā!) zaudē iepriekš piešķirto pensiju, jo bieži ir gadījumi, ka, pensiju pārrēķinot no jauna, ja cilvēks sava veselības stāvokļa dēļ vairs nav varējis strādāt ar tik lielu atdevi kā iepriekš... Tas ir zaudējums. Tādēļ jaunajā likumā šis laiks, kas līdz šim bijis viens mēnesis, tagad ir pagarināts līdz četriem mēnešiem. Nākošais ļoti nopietnais jautājums, par ko iepriekš izteicās jau mani kolēģi no divām frakcijām, ir jautājums par to, ka ar 2016.gada 1.janvāri Latvijā uzsāks pārrēķināt pensijas tiem pensionāriem, kuri krīzes laikā ir cietuši pensijas kapitāla vai, citiem vārdiem sakot, algu indeksa dēļ. Esam panākuši vienošanos, un šodien tika pieņemts kompromisa variants. Un gribu teikt, ka... Nedaudz palabošu to, ko teica kolēģis no frakcijas SASKAŅA. Ir noteikta kārtība, kādā šīs pensijas tiks pārrēķinātas. Likumā vienīgais nav pateikts, tieši kuriem pensionāriem tieši cik tiks pieskaitīts pie viņu jaunās... pie vecās pensijas, pārrēķinot pensiju no jauna, bet tas jau ir tehnikas jautājums. Un tas ir budžeta jautājums. Un, ja šodien kolēģi diskusijās runā, kā ir labāk, tad mans personīgais viedoklis, ieklausoties arī tajā, ko Latvijai saka Eiropas Komisija, ir tāds: mums ir vispirms jāpalīdz tiem cilvēkiem, kuriem pensijas ir vismazākās. Gribu teikt jums, cienījamie radioklausītāji, ka mani priecē tas, ka likums “Grozījumi likumā “Par valsts pensijām””, kurš šodien tika pieņemts steidzamības kārtā, cik saprotu, būs viens no pēdējiem likumiem, kuru parakstīs mūsu Valsts prezidents Andris Bērziņš. Un es vēlos teikt ZZS frakcijas vārdā lielu paldies mūsu Valsts prezidentam Andrim Bērziņam par šo četru gadu darbu un par sadarbību ar Latvijas Republikas Saeimu. Pārējos četrus likumus, kurus šodien Saeima pieņēma un kuriem nav steidzamības, noteikti parakstīs jau nākamais mūsu izvēlētais Valsts prezidents, un tas būs Raimonds Vējonis.
