Pirms neilga brīža noslēdzās Saeimas pavasara sesijas pēdējā sēde – pēdējā Saeimas sēde pirms vasaras pārtraukuma. “No sirds Latvijai” tas vienlaikus ir pirmais atskaites punkts, kas ļauj mums izvērtēt, ko mēs solījām saviem vēlētājiem, ko no solītā astoņu mēnešu laikā esam jau izpildījuši un kas ir darāms turpmāk. Tas ir arī brīdis, kad varam izdarīt pirmos secinājumus par lēmumu pieņemšanas procesu Saeimā un par tās darbu kopumā. “No sirds Latvijai” ir jauns politiskais spēks, kas pirmo reizi ir pārstāvēts Saeimā. Vairumam mūsu deputātu nebija iepriekšējas pieredzes darbam Saeimā. Mēs ne tikai strādājām, īstenojām vēlētāju dotās pilnvaras, bet vienlaikus arī mācījāmies, lai arvien pilnīgāk izmantotu visas iespējas, kādas ir opozīcijā esošām partijām, un sasniegtu partijas programmā definēto galveno mērķi – Latvija ir droša, neatkarīga, demokrātiska un vienota labklājības valsts. Šis patiesi ir bijis ļoti intensīvs un darbīgs laiks ikvienam mūsu deputātam, un, vērtējot paveikto, jāsecina, ka esam aktīvi iestājušies par mūsu programmā ietvertajiem principiem, šajā sakarā iesniegdami gan likumdošanas iniciatīvas, gan priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai katrā no trim mūsu priekšvēlēšanu programmas mērķiem – atjaunot ticību valstij, panākt izaugsmi un attīstīties droši. Ikviena valsts iedzīvotāja ticība valstij ietver gan iespēju sabiedrībai aktīvi piedalīties un ietekmēt lēmumu pieņemšanu, gan prasīt politiķu un ierēdņu atbildību par pieņemtajiem lēmumiem, gan uzraudzīt nodokļu maksātāju naudas efektīvu izmantošanu. Un viens no mērķiem, kuru izvirzīja “No sirds Latvijai”, ir Satversmē noteikt, ka Valsts prezidentu ievēlē tauta. Jau 2014.gadā mēs iesniedzām priekšlikumus grozījumiem Satversmē un mūsu mērķis bija uzsākt Saeimā reālu diskusiju par šiem jautājumiem. Mēs esam gandarīti, ka Saeimā ir izveidota darba grupa jautājumā par Valsts prezidenta pilnvarām, kuru vada mūsu frakcijas deputāts Ringolds Balodis. Ir sperts pirmais nopietnais solis ceļā uz tautas vēlēta Valsts prezidenta institūta izveidi. Par to liecina arī lielā aktivitāte, lai diskreditētu šo ideju. Neraugoties uz to, esmu pārliecināta, ka pēc četriem gadiem Valsts prezidentu vēlēs tauta. Tajā pašā laikā nav panākts, ka likumdevējs un izpildvara reāli iesaistītu sabiedrību likumu un lēmumu pieņemšanā. Kā galveno iemeslu tam gribu minēt pašreizējās koalīcijas nevēlēšanos ieklausīties sabiedrības viedoklī. Tikai tad, kad sagaidāmi reāli protesti, atceras par cilvēkiem. Piemērs tam ir šodien apstiprinātie grozījumi likumā “Par valsts pensijām”, kuri tika pieņemti pensionāru neapmierinātības un protesta draudu dēļ. Tāpēc vietā ir retorisks jautājums – vai tiešām katru valsts iedzīvotājiem būtisku problēmu iespējams atrisināt tikai pēc draudiem par piketiem un demonstrācijām? Tāpēc viens no mūsu partijas izvirzītajiem mērķiem ir stiprināt atbildību. Uzņemoties vadīt abas izmeklēšanas komisijas – gan par bankas “Citadele” pārdošanu, gan par Zolitūdes traģēdiju –, liela uzmanība tika piešķirta tieši valsts iestāžu un amatpersonu atbildības izvērtēšanai. Šobrīd, gatavojot komisiju gala ziņojumus, tiek izvērtētas likumu normas, kurās ir jāveic grozījumi, lai nākotnē nepieļautu līdzīgus notikumus. Ticība valstij ir cieši saistīta ar katra indivīda drošību. Tā ietver pensiju palielināšanu, atbalstu ģimenēm, iedzīvotāju izdevumu mazināšanu par veselības pakalpojumiem, tādu nodokļu politiku, kas mazina nodokļu slogu mazturīgajiem. Šodien Saeima pieņēma grozījumus likumā “Par valsts pensijām”, paredzot, ka ar 2016.gadu tiks veikts to pensiju pārrēķins, kurām kopš 2009.gada piemēroti negatīvi pensijas kapitāla indeksi. Var piekrist, ka beidzot šis jautājums ir izkustējies no “nāves punkta”. Tajā pašā laikā “No sirds Latvijai” uzskata, ka situācijā, kad sociālajā budžetā ir līdzekļi, nav pieļaujams pensiju pārrēķinu veikt, manipulējot ar atrunu par budžeta iespējām. Līdz ar to mēs turpināsim iestāties par vienlīdzīgu attieksmi pret visiem pensionāriem un turpmāku pensiju apmēra palielināšanu. Mēs esam maza, bet spēcīga un profesionāla frakcija, kas, kopā strādājot, sasniegs rezultātus. Noslēgumā es novēlu visiem vasarā uzkrāt spēkus, pavadīt laiku ar sev tuviem cilvēkiem, iegūt daudz pozitīvu emociju, lai ar jaunu iedvesmu katrs turpinātu darīt savu darbu profesionāli un no sirds.
