Protams, mēs esam apsprieduši tālākos soļus ar Finanšu ministriju, kā palīdzēt tiem pašiem Latgales novadiem, kuri būs fiskālā ziņā zaudētāji. Un ne tikai Latgalē, tā tas ir arī Kurzemē un, man liekas, vēl arī citos novados. Par to, kā palīdzēt, būs atkal sarunas starp Latvijas Pašvaldību savienību un Finanšu ministriju, lai konkrēti šos jautājumus risinātu jau 2017.gadā. Bija arī plānošanas reģiona vadības lūgums šo pārejas periodu pagarināt līdz trim gadiem. Diemžēl termiņi priekšlikumiem bija jau beigušies. Mēs tiešām ceram, ka 2016.gadā mēs atgriezīsimies pie šā likuma, lai to atvērtu un domātu, un skatītos, kā strādāt tālāk. Šobrīd paldies! Latgalei arī 52 miljoni attīstībai uz 21 pašvaldību... būs atsevišķa programma, kas ir apstiprināta. Un ir arī vēl citi ceļi, kādā veidā palīdzēt caur Eiropas fondu programmām visām Latgales pašvaldībām. Tā ka tā nav taisnība, ka mēs nerūpējamies, bet ir jāsabalansē iespējamais un šī reālā finansiālā... finansiālais piedāvājums. Tā ka es aicinu arī Latgales pašvaldību vadītāju vārdā...
