Tāpat arī ierobežos procentu maksājumus un paredzēs virkni citu tādu tiešām labu sakārtojošu normu, lai šī nesakārtotā ātro kredītu biznesa dēļ cilvēki, kuriem ir vajadzības un kuriem ir nepieciešamība uzlabot savu mantisko stāvokli, neapdomīgi nenonāktu situācijā, ka par mazu naudas summu vēlāk ir jāatdod desmitreiz vai pat vairākreiz vairāk. Protams, pie šīs jomas vēl būs jāstrādā, lai uzraudzība, kontrole un sankcijas, ja kāds no šo kredītu devējiem kaut ko pārkāptu, būtu vēl stingrākas. Saeimai noteikti šis darbs ir jāturpina. Manis pārstāvētā frakcija – frakcija VIENOTĪBA – aicināja arī pārējos kolēģus neatbalstīt Bičkoviča kungu, jo neredzam, ka šajos septiņos gados būtu uzlabojusies tiesas autoritāte sabiedrības acīs, sabiedrības uzticēšanās tiesu varai, tiesu pieejamība. Un, protams, gribētos, lai tiesas spriešana būtu pēc iespējas ātrāka, lai nebūtu jāgaida ļoti ilgu laiku. Vadītājs, kurš vēlas pārmaiņas to tiesnešu darbā, kuri līdz šim varbūt nav parādījuši sevi kā labākie, un aizstāvētu tos tiesnešus, kuri godprātīgi dara savu darbu, nevis, kā ir šobrīd... šobrīd ir otrādi – melnās avis ir tās, kuru dēļ cieš godprātīgie tiesneši, tie, kas savu darbu tiešām godprātīgi veic un uzņemas arī šo kaunpilno vainu, un vēlas taisnoties sabiedrības priekšā par to, ko nav darījuši. Mēs esam pret to, ka princips “roka roku mazgā” turpina pastāvēt tiesu sistēmā, un mēs ļoti vēlētos, lai pārmaiņas būtu, bet diemžēl šodien vairākums Saeimas atbalstīja, ka turpmākos piecus gadus Augstākās tiesas vadībā pārmaiņu nebūs.
