Jau kopš 2011.gada Latvijas Pensionāru federācijā sāka ierasties izmisuši pensionāri, kas ziņoja par to, ka koeficienta piemērošanas dēļ viņu pensijas ir samazinājušās praktiski par 20 procentiem. Rūpīgi papētot likumdošanu, mēs izdarījām secinājumu, ka ir pieļauta ļoti rupja kļūda. Par to tika ziņots gan Labklājības ministrijai, gan tiesībsargam, kā arī tika gatavoti iesniegumi Satversmes tiesai, jo faktiski ir nojaukts galvenais pensijas aprēķināšanas princips, ka pensijai ir jāatbilst diviem pamatkritērijiem, tas ir, darba stāžam un apdrošināšanas iemaksām sociālās apdrošināšanas budžetā. Diemžēl reizē ar šiem koeficientiem ir ieviests vēl trešais rādītājs, tas ir, pensijas atkarība no dzimšanas gada, un faktiski cilvēki, kuriem ir aprēķināta pensija ar šo zemo koeficientu, ir sodīti ar krīzi uz visu atlikušo mūžu. Es esmu tiešām priecīgs, ka beidzot ir izdevies panākt sapratni no Ministru kabineta puses un ka šī jautājuma risināšana tiek uzsākta. Es gribētu pievērst jūsu uzmanību arī tam, ka faktiski šī pieļautā kļūda ir izsaukusi nepieciešamību tuvāko gadu laikā pārrēķināt jau vairāk nekā 100 tūkstošus pensiju, un tādēļ faktiski katra kavēšanās, kas būs, vēl tikai vairos šo cilvēku skaitu, kuriem nāksies pārrēķināt pensijas, jo zemie koeficienti praktiski atstāj iespaidu uz visām pensijām, kas ir aprēķinātas pēc 2010.gada. Otra lieta, uz ko es gribētu vērst deputātu uzmanību, ir tā, kādas summas ir nepieciešamas, lai to realizētu. Šeit jau tika nosaukts cipars, ka nākošajā gadā tam ir nepieciešami aptuveni 4 miljoni eiro. Un salīdzinājumam es gribētu nosaukt arī ciparus, kas ir oficiāli Labklājības ministrijas un Valsts sociālās apdrošināšanas aģentūras cipari, tas ir, rādītājus, kā pieaug uzkrājums valsts sociālās apdrošināšanas budžetā pa gadiem. Šogad tas ir aptuveni 370 miljoni eiro, bet pēc gada... jau uz nākamā gada beigām - 550, 2018.gadā sasniedzot pat miljardu eiro. Protams, salīdzinot ar tām summām, kas ir nepieciešamas šī jautājuma risināšanai, tā ir ļoti minimāla summa. Un visbeidzot es gribētu darīt zināmu deputātiem to, ko pašreiz runā, ja tā var teikt, pensionāru sabiedrībā. Vispirmām kārtām jau tiek uzskatīts, ka visas darbības, kas pašreiz tiek veiktas ar sociālās apdrošināšanas budžetu... Atcerēsimies 2009.gadu, kad faktiski sākās šī budžeta izmantošana tam neatbilstošiem mērķiem, pārceļot uz budžetu piemaksas pie pensijām, un arī tās darbības, kas notiek šobrīd... dažādi ierobežojumi un tamlīdzīgi. Faktiski pensionāri uzskata, ka mērķtiecīgi tiek veikta provokācija, lai mazinātu strādājošo uzticību valsts sociālās apdrošināšanas budžetam un valsts pensiju sistēmai, kas ir atzīta - lai arī cik paradoksāli tas būtu! - par vienu no labākajām pasaulē. Un visbeidzot. Rīgas pensionāres ir lūgušas nodot sveicienu Finanšu ministrijai un palūgt Eiropas augstos ierēdņus, kuri grib noteikt ierobežojumus pensionāriem un apdalīt viņus, ierasties Rīgā. Latvijas Pensionāru federācija labprāt organizēs tikšanos ar Rīgas pensionārēm, kurām ir 150 - 170 eiro pensija mēnesī. Viņas iepazīstinās ar šiem cipariem un savu iztikšanas spēju arī Eiropas augstos ierēdņus. Bet kopumā es gribētu lūgt deputātus atbalstīt šos likuma grozījumus, turklāt iespējami ātri. Paldies.".
