Es gribu pateikt, ka Sociālo un darba lietu komisija gaidīja šo likumprojektu jau no aprīļa, un, kā es saprotu, bija rezolūcija un lūgums arī no Labklājības ministrijas izskatīt to steidzamā kārtībā. Taču, izejot visas tās procedūras Ministru kabinetā, lai deputāti varētu pārbaudīt ne tikai to, kas sagatavots ministrijā, bet arī iesniegt savus priekšlikumus, kā es saprotu, šodien mums tādas iespējas vairs nav, jo mums ir atlicis vairs tikai viens mēnesis, lai izskatītu parlamentā šo likumprojektu, tāpēc ka tam ir Satversmes tiesas ieliktais termiņš, un, lai nepārkāptu Satversmi, mums vajag to steidzamā kārtā izskatīt. Tas nav korekti pret opozīciju, tas nav korekti pret deputātiem vispār, tāpēc ir skaidrs, kāpēc opozīcija pirmo reizi vēsturē 12.Saeimā savāca 38 parakstus un grib izskatīt šo jautājumu ārkārtas sēdē, vai Ministru kabinets var atrast modeli, kā komunicēt ar opozīciju un cienīt to, vai nevar? Paraksti ir savākti, un mēs esam gatavi katru mirkli tos iesniegt. Mums ir dažādi modeļi, dažāda auditorija. Kurus tā skars pirmos - vai tos, kuri pensionējās 2009.gadā vai 2008.gadā, vai tos, kuri saņem vismazāko pensiju? Ir visādi kaut kādi varianti, bet dialogs ir sācies, un, kā mums šodien arī parlamentārais sekretārs Ašeradens paziņoja, tad viņi ir gatavi atrast aptuveni 4 miljonus eiro, lai kompensētu šo mūsu likumdošanas iniciatīvu, kura radīsies tajā komunikācijā un tajos strīdos komisijās. Mēs saprotam, ka šodien ir sarežģīta situācija budžetā, mēs saprotam, ka mums ir sociāli atbildīgi jāveido nākošā gada budžets, bet mēs arī gribam pieturēties pie tā principa: ja mēs ko solījām pirms vēlēšanām, tad vajag izpildīt! Tāpēc šodien, komunicējot un pārrunājot ar opozīcijas pārstāvjiem - ar Sudrabas kundzi, ar citiem pārstāvjiem -, mēs izrunājām to, ka mēs šodien neiesniegsim šo pieteikumu - sasaukt ārkārtas sēdi -, kamēr mēs neizrunāsim komisijā un nerealizēsim šo savu solījumu sākt nākošgad kompensēt tās pensijas, kuru aprēķināšanā tika izmantota formula ar negatīvu indeksu. Mēs nebūsim destruktīvi, mēs noticēsim šodien arī Barčas kundzei, ka viņa to panāks un rezultāts būs. Ja mēs iziesim uz to un pēc divām nedēļām apstiprināsim šo likumprojektu otrajā lasījumā, tāpēc ka tas ir skatāms steidzamības kārtā (un, cik es saprotu, arī finansējums būs atrasts), tad mēs uz šo periodu atliksim šī jautājuma aktualizēšanu. Bet mēs ļoti uzmanīgi skatīsimies uz nākošajiem gadiem - uz 2017., 2018.gadu -, lai visi cilvēki, kuri cieta, dabūtu to kompensāciju vai pensijas pārskatīšanu. Paldies par to, ka jūs sākat dzirdēt mūs no pozīcijas puses! Bet mēs varam rīkoties daudz radikālāk un atsākt spēlēt, ja jūs sāksiet ar mums nerēķināties.
