Trešais jautājums ir likuma grozījumi, kas paredz ieviest tādu jaunu lietu kā e-zvans. Ir tāda kopēja Eiropas vienošanās par šādas sistēmas izveidi Eiropas Savienībā, ka automašīnas tiks aprīkotas ar GPS raidītājiem un ar SIM kartēm. Līdz ar to negadījuma brīdī, kad automašīnas sistēmas fiksēs negadījumu kā nopietnu, tiks automātiski veikts zvans uz glābšanas dienestu. Šeit runa ir par to, ka pastāv iespēja, ka dalībvalstis var ierobežot vai aizliegt ģenētiski modificētu organismu audzēšanu savā teritorijā. Šobrīd pastāv sistēma, ka katra pašvaldība var izvēlēties, taču šis likums šādas iespējas mums paplašina. Un visbeidzot. Es domāju, visiem ļoti liela aktualitāte ir Valsts prezidenta vēlēšanas. No savas puses varu teikt, ka šīs prezidenta vēlēšanas būs ar ļoti lielu intrigu, jo skaidrs, ka balsu šobrīd var nepietikt nevienam kandidātam. Šobrīd jautājums ir vairāk nevis par to, vai vēlēšanās uzvarēs Levita kungs vai Vējoņa kungs; šobrīd drīzāk es traktētu, ka jautājums ir par to, vai būs pirmajā kārtā ievēlēts, vai deputātu vairākums vēlas otro kārtu un lielākus pārsteigumus.
