Un es nezinu, kāpēc tā ir sanācis, ka mēs esam nolēmuši no pusgada deklarēties, un tas nozīmē, ka šiem pašiem administratoriem būs jāsniedz divas deklarācijas pusgada laikā. Elektroniskās deklarēšanas sistēma šobrīd nav gatava, un Valsts ieņēmumu dienestam visas šīs deklarācijas būs jāpieņem un jāapstrādā manuāli. To man vakar telefonsarunā apliecināja arī VID ģenerāldirektore Pētersone. Un kas mani pavisam izbrīna... Papildus minētajam vēršam uzmanību, ka tikai pēc grozījuma likumā “Par interešu konflikta novēršanu valsts amatpersonu darbībā” un attiecīgi grozījumu Ministru kabineta 2002.gada oktobra noteikumos spēkā stāšanās Finanšu ministrijai un Valsts ieņēmumu dienestam būs iespējams praktiski īstenot nepieciešamās izmaiņas Valsts ieņēmumu dienesta informācijas sistēmās. Attiecīgo izmaiņu īstenošanai Valsts ieņēmumu dienestam būs nepieciešami atbilstoši laika resursi - 3 līdz 6 mēneši”. Un tas ir laikā, kad mums nodokļu iekasēšana valstī ir ne visai laba. Mēs te taisāmies tagad papildu slogu uzlikt un papildu darbu Valsts ieņēmumu dienestam iedot. Tā ka es aicinu tomēr rīkoties civilizēti - pagarināt šo termiņu līdz 2016.gada 1.janvārim un izlabot brāķi, ko mēs te paši esam pieļāvuši, bet tiem, kuri ar tādām degošām acīm skatās uz šīm tūkstoš administrēšanas lietām, pasakiet, lai paciešas vēl pusgadu.
