Par aprūpē esošiem uzskatāmi arī pilngadību sasniegušie bērni, kamēr viņi turpina vispārējās, profesionālās vai augstākās izglītības iegūšanu, bet ne ilgāk kā līdz dienai, kad viņi sasniedz 24 gadu vecumu.” Otrais grozījums paredz papildināt pārejas noteikumus ar 30.punktu šādā redakcijā: “Pašvaldības līdz 2016.gada 31.decembrim nodrošina saistošo noteikumu atbilstību šā likuma 1.panta 16.punktā noteiktajam termina “daudzbērnu ģimene” skaidrojumam saistībā ar grozījumu šajā punktā, kas nosaka, ka par aprūpē esošiem uzskatāmi arī pilngadību sasniegušie bērni, kamēr viņi turpina (..)” tātad mācīties līdz 24 gadu vecumam.
