Tik tiešām Sociālo un darba lietu komisijā mēs ļoti nopietni domājam ne tikai par neapliekamā minimuma paaugstināšanu pensionāriem, bet arīdzan par pensijas indeksāciju - kāda tā pašreiz likumā ir paredzēta un kāda tā varētu būt. Un, protams, arī par koeficientiem, kuri krīzes periodā ļoti ietekmēja pensijas. Un, lūk, vakardien es šo jautājumu pārrunāju arī ar kolēģi, Budžeta un finanšu (nodokļu) komisijas priekšsēdētāju, Kārli Šadurska kungu. Un kāda bija mūsu saruna? Mēs runājām par to, ka būtu nepieciešams uzrunāt gan Finanšu ministriju, gan Labklājības ministriju jautājumā par neapliekamo minimumu un par tā paaugstināšanu personām, kuras saņem pensijas, jo tas skar ne tikai valsts vecuma pensijas, bet arī izdienas pensiju, invaliditātes pensiju un apgādnieka zaudējuma pensiju saņēmējus. Un mēs runājām ar kolēģi Šadurska kungu par to, ka mums, uzrunājot divas ministrijas, ir jāvirza jautājums par 2016., 2017. un 2018.gada valsts budžetu. Tas nozīmē, ka ministrijām nāksies ļoti precīzi sarēķināt, cik tas izmaksā, un ir pilnīgi iespējams, ka mēs varētu vienoties... Vakar abi runājām par to, ka par 20 eiro katru gadu varētu palielināt neapliekamo minimumu. Es ne tik precīzi rēķinu, bet ir pilnīgi iespējams, ka tie varētu būt 15 eiro katru gadu. Bet tas ir ļoti precīzi jāaprēķina, jo, redziet, mēs noklausījāmies šonedēļ arī Publisko izdevumu un revīzijas komisijas sēdē ziņojumu par to, kas notiek šodien, precīzāk sakot, šī gada pirmajos mēnešos, ar valsts pamatbudžetu, jo šī naudiņa skar vistiešāk valsts pamatbudžetu. Tā ka gribētos teikt, kolēģi: pagājušajā reizē mans un Andra Bērziņa priekšlikums bija - uzreiz palielinājums par 45 eiro, bet mūsu kolēģi no SASKAŅAS ir nedaudz pieticīgāki, un viņu tā summa ir domāta nelielāka. Bet, manuprāt, saprātīgi ir tas, ko Kārlis Šadurskis vakardien man teica: “Tad iesim pakāpeniski soli pa solim, aprēķinot, kuru summu un ko mēs varam atļauties.” Vienlaikus mans kolēģis Andris Siliņš tikko man teica: “Ņemiet vērā, ka tas attiecas tikai uz 30 procentiem pensionāru, jo viņiem ir šī pensija lielāka, nekā ir pašreiz neapliekamais minimums personām, kuras saņem jebkura veida pensiju!” Bet man gribētos teikt, ka tiem ļaudīm, kuri ir 70 procenti un kuriem šī pensija vēl joprojām ir mazāka... ka te ir daudzas un dažādas lietas. Vispirmām kārtām tie ir nelielie darba stāži jeb, kā šodien mēs sakām, šīs sociālās apdrošināšanas iemaksas ir īsāku laika periodu maksātas vai arī šīs iemaksas nav bijušas pietiekami lielas. Un es domāju, kolēģi, ka līdztekus šodienas jautājumam ir vēl viens jautājums - par to, kā šodien personas, kuras ir nodarbinātas, maksā sociālās apdrošināšanas iemaksas. Un, ja mēs tā palūkojamies uz šo lietu, tas nozīmē, ka vienam otram situācija, sasniedzot pilno pensijas vecumu, varētu būt visai traģiska, ja tiek maksātas sociālās iemaksas no puses minimālās algas. Īpaši mikrouzņēmumu nodoklis... Bet es esmu informēta - šo informāciju man ir vēstījis Finanšu ministrijas parlamentārais sekretārs Arvils Ašeradens -, ka arī šajā jautājumā ir vairākas lietas, kas jau ir padomā Finanšu ministrijai.
