Vienalga, vai būs atbalstīts vai nebūs atbalstīts šis pants, mēs tikai sākam šo darbu. Un arī ar to, ka šis likums stāsies spēkā, nekā vēl nebūs, jo šeit ir jābūt arī lielam, piedodiet par vecmodīgu teicienu, organizatoriskam darbam, lai cilvēki izjustu šo iespēju, lai viņi saprastu, ka viņu rokās ir dots ļoti ietekmīgs un veiksmīgs instruments.
