Un līdz ar to, man ir tādas aizdomas, šim teritoriālās plānošanas dokumentam ir jābūt tik ļoti pretrunīgam, ka cilvēki tiešām būtu motivēti iet un savu parakstu likt zem šī aicinājuma veikt pašvaldības referendumu, bet, manuprāt, tas ir maz ticams. Un, ja kāds šeit runā tā, kā iepriekšējā reizē, debatēs uzstājoties, teica, - ka varētu pašvaldības iedzīvotāji ar referenduma palīdzību likt šķēršļus kādiem ļoti būtiskiem projektiem, teiksim, Kurzemes lokam vai, teiksim, Rail Baltica -, tad es atgādināšu, ka valsts var noteikt valsts stratēģiskās nozīmes objektus, par kuriem šādi pašvaldību referendumi nav iespējami. Un līdz ar to es aicināšu tomēr būt saprātīgiem un teikšu, ka “zaļie” deputāti šos priekšlikumus neatbalstīs, tātad 6., 7., 8. un 9.priekšlikumu. Paldies.".
