Tā ka, Šadurska kungs, es neaicināju dzert tāpat kā Krievijā, bet mēs diemžēl ejam tajā virzienā, jo alkohola palētināšana kādā no segmentiem, samazinot akcīzes nodokli, ir drošs ceļš Krievijas virzienā, Šadurska kungs! Tad, lūk!... Tad, lūk, domāt, ka var izskaust nelegālo alkoholu, palētinot kādu legālo alkoholu, tas nozīmē dzīvot maldībā. Arī Šadurska kunga pieminētais ir taisnība, ka šie dabīgi raudzētie sidri... es jau nopriecājos, ka tas priekšlikums tiks uzlabots... ka tie maksā 7 eiro. Saprotiet, tie cilvēki, kuri samaksā 7 eiro, var samaksāt arī 7,30 eiro! Lūdzu, neradīsim precedentu un nepalētināsim alkoholu nevienā no segmentiem, it īpaši tajā, kurā iesāk iet pa alkoholisma ceļu mūsu jaunieši, jo tas dzēriens garšo! Tas vēl ir dabīgs, tāpēc ir pievilcīgs. Mans priekšlikums ir atbalstīt šī likumprojekta virzību uz priekšu, bet nākamajās tikšanās reizēs attiecīgajās komisijās šeit, Saeimā, kad mēs par to runāsim, vajag izkoriģēt šo lietu tā, lai nevienā no segmentiem mums vairs nebūtu precedenta, kādu jau es minēju Somijas piemērā, ko pēc tam izlabot ir ļoti grūti. Un lai nebūtu arī tāda precedenta, ka mēs palētinām alkoholu, samazinot akcīzes nodokli. Paldies.".
