Kā pirmo no tiem minēšu pēdējā laikā aktualitāti sabiedrībā ieguvušo likumprojektu par bijušās Valsts drošības komitejas dokumentu saglabāšanu. Nacionālā apvienība balsoja “pret”. Mūsuprāt, SASKAŅAS iesniegtais likumprojekts ir nesagatavots. Tas uzliek Latvijas Nacionālajam arhīvam Totalitārisma seku dokumentēšanas centra funkcijas, neparedzot nekādu finansiālu nodrošinājumu. Ja no 2016.gada 1.janvāra, kā to paredz iesniedzēji, patiešām tas tiktu nodots arhīvam, arhīvs nespētu veikt funkcijas, kas noteiktas likumā par VDK dokumentu izmantošanu. Respektīvi, tas nespētu sniegt sadarbības fakta pierādīšanai nepieciešamās izziņas, nespētu apmierināt drošības iestāžu un prokuratūras prasības pēc informācijas par to, vai kāda persona ir vai nav sadarbojusies ar VDK. Tāpat bez finanšu resursiem nav iespējama nekāda dokumentu izpēte. Šajā gadījumā likumprojekts ir pretrunā ar Saeimas jau vienreiz pieņemto kārtību, ka tā saucamie čekas maisi publicējami 2018.gadā pēc VDK dokumentu izpētes komisijas veiktās zinātniskās izpētes. Kā nākamo vēlos minēt Imanta Parādnieka un Nacionālās apvienības iesniegto likumprojektu par alkohola akcīzes nodokļa paaugstināšanu, kas tika rosināts jau saistībā ar budžetu, taču aizkavējās un stāsies spēkā tikai no šā gada 1.jūlija. Kā rāda statistika, Latvijai ir viens no augstākajiem alkohola patēriņa rādītājiem Eiropā. Alum akcīzes nodoklis nav mainīts sešus gadus. Tā patēriņš ir vislielākais salīdzinājumā ar visiem citiem alkohola veidiem, bet iegūto nodokļu apjoms – viszemākais. Stiprajiem dzērieniem akcīzes nodoklis nav mainījies pēdējos četrus piecus gadus. Lielākās izmaiņas būs alum, kuram akcīzes nodoklis palielināsies par 23 procentiem. Diemžēl stiprajiem alkohola veidiem akcīzes nodoklis pieaugs tikai par 1,5 procentiem, kas, mūsuprāt, ir nepietiekami, bet diemžēl Saeimas vairākums par to pieņēma lēmumu. Tāpat Nacionālā apvienība uzskata, ka nekādi nav pieļaujams samazināt akcīzi dabīgi raudzētajiem sidriem ar alkohola koncentrāciju līdz 6 procentiem. Tādējādi tie kļūs vēl pieejamāki jauniešiem. Sidram akcīzes nodoklis tiks samazināts par 40 procentiem. Tālāk vēlos minēt Latvijas šībrīža ģeopolitiskajā situācijā ļoti būtisku rosinājumu – atļaut pašvaldībām rīkot referendumus. Mūsuprāt, tas apdraudētu jebkurus nākotnē paredzētus lielus, valsts attīstībai būtiskus projektus, piemēram, Rail Baltic projekts, visticamāk, apstātos, un nekādus kolektīvus lēmumus par teritorijas attīstību nevarētu pieņemt nekad. Lai gan ārēji šī var šķist ļoti demokrātiska iniciatīva, Nacionālā apvienība uz šo rosinājumu skatās ļoti piesardzīgi. Tāpēc arī balsoja pret tās virzīšanu tālāk. Kā pēdējo šodien vēlos minēt likumprojektu “Grozījumi Izglītības likumā”, ko Nacionālās apvienības frakcija atbalstīja. Visplašākās diskusijas izraisīja jautājums par to, vai likumā iekļaut priekšlikumu, ka izglītības sistēma nodrošina izglītojamā tikumisko audzināšanu. Tikumības mēraukla ir vispārējs augstākais visas sabiedrības, visas valsts labums, kas izriet no katra personīgās atbildības. Tikumības jēdziens minēts gan Satversmē, gan Civillikumā, gan Krimināllikumā un citos normatīvajos aktos. Tāpēc nav skaidrs, kāpēc citas frakcijas tik ļoti iestājas pret šiem grozījumiem, ja jau citos likumos šis jēdziens jau iepriekš bijis iestrādāts. Nobeigumā vēlos bilst, ka Saeimas pavasara sesija ir sākusies aktīvi un arī tās izskaņā gaidāmi ļoti nozīmīgi lēmumi. Svarīgākais no tiem – Latvijas Republikas Valsts prezidenta vēlēšanas. Aicinu ikvienu Latvijas iedzīvotāju būt aktīvam, iesaistīties publiskajās diskusijās un izteikt savu viedokli par to, kādam jābūt Valsts prezidentam. Paldies par jūsu uzmanību.".
