Pirmā lieta ir tāda, ka likumprojektā “Grozījumi likumā “Par iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokli”” 15.priekšlikums bija no mūsu frakcijas deputātiem Aijas Barčas un Andra Bērziņa, bet atbildīgā komisija neatbalstīja šo priekšlikumu. Dažos vārdos paskaidrošu, kas tas bija par priekšlikumu. Priekšlikums bija palielināt neapliekamo minimumu pensijām no 235 eiro uz 280 eiro. Ļoti jauki skan, un bija ļoti daudzas debates, un man ir prieks, ka šo Aijas Barčas priekšlikumu atbalstīja arī Liepājas partija un Liepājas pilsētas vadītāji, kas izprot šo situāciju, jo, kā Aija Barča jau teica, ja palielinātu šo minimumu, tad katru mēnesi pensionāri, kam ir mazākās pensijas, saņemtu vairāk nekā 10 eiro. Nu, tas paliktu pāri, gadā tie būtu 120 eiro, un katrs varētu tos ieguldīt kādā no sev vajadzīgām lietām. Šī jautājuma izskatīšana beidzās ar to, ka Aija Barča atsauca savu priekšlikumu, bet es gribu sacīt, ka tas tika atsaukts uz laiku – uz laiku līdz nākamajam budžeta gadam, kad šis priekšlikums par neapliekamā minimuma palielināšanu tiks atkal diskutēts. Zaļo un Zemnieku savienības frakcija kopā ar Liepājas partiju noteikti centīsies, lai tas tiktu iekļauts nākamā gada budžetā. Otrā lieta, par ko es gribu jums pastāstīt. Šajā nedēļā pēc diezgan ilgām diskusijām Izglītības, kultūras un zinātnes komisija beidzot sagatavoja izskatīšanai otrajā lasījumā un piedāvās 16.aprīlī deputātiem diskutēt par likumprojektu “Grozījumi Profesionālās izglītības likumā”. Šis likumprojekts ir komisijā saņemts no iepriekšējās Saeimas, un tur ir pāris lietu, par kurām es jums gribu pastāstīt. Tiks izveidotas nozaru ekspertu padomes, lai darba tirgū saskaņotu darba devēju prasības ar darba ņēmēju prasībām. Nozaru ekspertu padomēs varēs būt klāt pārstāvji no arodbiedrībām, un viņi varēs iesniegt priekšlikumus... iesniegt priekšlikumus par to, lai cilvēki izglītotos tajās programmās jeb, pareizāk sakot, tiktu apmācīti tajās profesijās, kas šobrīd Latvijā ir visvairāk nepieciešamas darba tirgū. Un vēl. Man ir patīkami teikt, ka Latvijā tiks izveidoti vairāki kompetences centri, kuros tiks apvienota māksla, mūzika un deja. Tas ir tāds jaunums... Tas ir ļoti jauki, jo tie būs tādi ļoti lieli un plaši kompetences centri ar daudzām iespējām. Es zinu, ka ir cilvēki, kuriem ir ļoti liela pieredze, bet nav profesionālās izglītības mūzikas, mākslas un dejas žanrā. Viņi varēs savu pieredzi parādīt kompetences centros, un tad varēs viņiem piešķirt... Šo izglītību, protams, viņi tad iegūs profesionālās izglītības līmenī. Un vēl trešā lieta, kas ir paredzēta šajā likumā, ir tā, ka tiks izveidoti konventi, kam ir padomdevēju tiesības. Respektīvi, šie konventi būs palīgs šo skolu direktoriem. Tajos būs pašvaldības pārstāvji, kā arī darba devēju, sabiedrisko organizāciju un darba ņēmēju pārstāvji. Un, protams, dibinātāji. Šis likumprojekts Saeimā otrajā lasījumā tiks skatīts 16.aprīlī, un es ļoti ceru uz Saeimas atbalstu. Un trešā lieta, par ko es jums gribu pastāstīt. Tā ir vienkārši izcila, man tā ļoti patika!
