Otra lieta, kas mūs ļoti satrauc, ir tas, ka veidojas mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa atgriešana 9 procentu apmērā. Solījumi, kuri ilga mēnešiem, kopš janvāra, līdz galam netiek pildīti. Šī mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa “raustīšana” rada lielu nesapratni uzņēmumos, nestabilitāti, uzticības zudumu valsts likumdošanai ilgtermiņā. Un tas, ka finanšu kontrolētāji nav spējīgi izķert tos atsevišķos negodīgos, neļauj godīgiem uzņēmējiem, kas nekad varbūt nebūs spējīgi izveidot lielu uzņēmumu mazās lauku saimniecībās, mazās viesnīciņās, daudz kur citur, kur darba apjoms nav pietiekoši liels, lai būtu pilnais apjoms. Tie nekad nekļūs par lieliem uzņēmumiem, bet šiem cilvēkiem, kuri nākuši no bezdarbniekiem, ir darbs, viņi sevi nodrošina un ir jau atslogojoši sociālos dienestus un pašvaldības no pabalstu maksāšanas. Nē, tagad tas ir mēģinājums to graut. Nākošais jautājums, kas mūs ļoti satrauc, ir tiesībsarga ziņojums, kurā bija norādīts uz ļoti daudziem – ļoti daudziem! – risināmiem jautājumiem un kļūdām. Un mani kā mediķi satrauc, protams, tas, kā var tikt mīdīta Latvijas Republikas Satversme, var netikt pildīts Satversmes Republikas 111.pants. Latvijā kopš neatkarības atjaunošanas nav noteikts iedzīvotāju veselības aprūpes minimums veselības aprūpes saņemšanai. Jā, un pēdējais, un tā ir labā ziņa, ka varbūt šo interesanto kompromisu un politisko tirgu rezultātā tika pieņemts mūsu frakcijas piedāvājums radīt nodokļu atlaides un nodokļu atmaksu par to, ka mēs esam tiesīgi izmantot... ka mēs esam tiesīgi audzināt un skolot savus bērnus sporta skolās, pulciņos un tā tālāk; senāk tas bija noraidīts pašā saknē. Tas ir pozitīvi, ka mūsu priekšlikums ir atbalstīts un daudzi Latvijas vecāki, kuri līdz šim nevarēja par savu bērnu, nākamo nodokļu maksātāju, audzināšanu un pilnveidošanu saņemt nekādu valsts atbalstu, vismaz saņems šo atlaidi.
