Temats visiem ir saprotams un zināms. Tātad šobrīd ir divas elektroenerģijas lietotāju kategorijas ar aizsargātā lietotāja statusu - maznodrošinātie un daudzbērnu ģimenes. Citiem vārdiem jeb vienkāršāk sakot, šīs kategorijas saņem atlaidi elektroenerģijai. Maznodrošinātajiem šobrīd ir tiesības maksāt samazinātu cenu par pirmajiem 100 kilovatiem mēnesī, bet daudzbērnu ģimenēm - par 300 kilovatiem mēnesī. Papildus šīm divām kategorijām, kuras nenoliedzami pelnījušas šādu valsts atbalstu, es vēlos iekļaut arī tās ģimenes, kuras audzina bērnu ar invaliditāti. Šo grozījumu savlaicīgumu apliecina daudzi lūgumi no vecākiem, kas audzina bērnu invalīdu. Vēl jo vairāk, tiekoties ar cilvēku ar īpašām vajadzībām sadarbības organizācijas “Sustento” pārstāvjiem, man radās pārliecība par to, ka šie grozījumi ir ļoti gaidīti. Salīdzinot ar citiem bērniem, bērns invalīds pavada mājās vairāk laika, patērējot attiecīgi vairāk elektroenerģijas, tāpat enerģija nepieciešama bērna aprūpei un dažkārt - speciālajām ierīcēm. Vecākiem vai nu jāatstāj darbs tādā gadījumā, ja viņiem aug šāds bērniņš ģimenē, vai jāalgo speciālas auklītes bērna pieskatīšanai, kas vēl ir papildu slogs ģimenes budžetam. Ņemot vērā to, ka tālāk valdībai ir jālemj par turpmāku aizsargāto lietotāju atbalstu, es aicinu attiecīgajos Ministru kabineta noteikumos paredzēt normu par šādu ģimeņu atbalstu vismaz daudzbērnu ģimeņu līmenī. Tādā gadījumā ģimenes ietaupījums, iepērkot pirmos 300 kilovatus par samazinātu cenu, ja ģimene izmanto šādu atlaidi, saskaņā ar elektroenerģijas šīsdienas cenām sastādītu apmēram 15 eiro mēnesī. Ja mēs runājam par absolūtajiem skaitļiem, tad jāteic, ka Latvijā šāds atbalsts nepieciešams aptuveni 8 tūkstošiem ģimeņu, un, ja mēs runājam par ietekmi uz budžetu, tad jāteic, ka tā ir visai niecīga, salīdzinot ar to sabiedrisko labumu, ko mēs visi iegūstam, atbalstot šīs ģimenes, kuras katru dienu drosmīgi cīnās par sava bērna veselību un attīstību. Tātad savas īsās uzrunas noslēgumā vēlos īpaši pateikties tām Saeimas frakcijām, kuru pārstāvji parakstījuši manu iniciatīvu, - Zaļo un Zemnieku savienībai, Nacionālajai apvienībai, Latvijas Reģionu apvienībai, “No sirds Latvijai” un, protams, kolēģiem no SASKAŅAS.
