Šodien Zaļo un Zemnieku savienības frakcijas vārdā es, protams, vēlos teikt lielu paldies kolēģiem, kuri atbalstīja likumprojekta “Grozījumi Elektroenerģijas tirgus likumā” nodošanu komisijām. Un kādēļ? Tādēļ, ka ļoti būtiski, ka, izdarot šos grozījumus, kurus mēs esam iesnieguši ar piecu deputātu parakstiem (teikšu pavisam atklāti – tos parakstīja visu opozīcijas frakciju pārstāvji, es no ZZS frakcijas un Imants Parādnieks no Nacionālās apvienības frakcijas), – manuprāt, ļoti būtiski, lai mēs arī ilgtermiņā skatītos uz tām sociālajām grupām, šajā konkrētajā gadījumā – uz ģimenēm, kurās aug bērni invalīdi, tātad bērni invalīdi no dzimšanas līdz 18 gadu vecumam. Un droši vien mēs iesim arī soli tālāk, runājot par bērniem invalīdiem, jo pēc 18 gadu vecuma... Mēs runājam par invalīdiem no bērnības, un noteikti nāksies ne vien šajā likumā, bet arīdzan citos likumos runāt par personām ar invaliditāti no bērnības. Vismaz līdz 24 gadu vecumam, ja šīs personas mācās... Es domāju, ka kopīgiem spēkiem arī to mēs izdarīsim. Un šodien es vēlos jūs, cienījamie radioklausītāji, informēt vēl par vairākiem jautājumiem, ar kādiem Saeimā strādā Sociālo un darba lietu komisija. Mums jau tuvojas noslēgumam ļoti nopietns darbs pie Brīvprātīgā darba likuma, un nākošajā nedēļā mēs sāksim gatavot likumprojektu trešajam lasījumam, un es domāju, ka nākošajā sesijā mēs tiksim galā ar šo likumprojektu, un jau šodien vēlos teikt lielu paldies visiem, kuri ir iesaistījušies šī nopietnā darba veikšanā. Vēlos informēt, ka Sociālo un darba lietu komisija ir uzsākusi tādu darbu, kuru mēs vienu brītiņu vēl nebijām gatavi darīt. Tās ir komisijas izbraukuma sēdes. Un šonedēļ mūsu komisija bija izbraukuma sēdē Latvijas Ārstu biedrībā, kur tika izteikti daudzi interesanti priekšlikumi, kuri mūsu sadarbības rezultātā ar laiku noteikti pārvērtīsies grozījumos likumos. Nākošajā nedēļā mēs dosimies izbraukuma sēdē pie sociālajiem uzņēmējiem, kuri Rīgā un arī daudzviet citur Latvijā ir uzsākuši ļoti nopietnu darbu. Es domāju, ka, izbraucot un tieši redzot uz vietas un noklausoties pašus sociālos uzņēmējus, mēs varēsim palīdzēt Labklājības ministrijai izstrādāt likumprojektu par sociālajiem uzņēmumiem. Es ar tādu pozitīvu skaudību skatos uz Lietuvu (esmu bijusi arī tur konferencē), tāpēc ka mūsu tuvākie kaimiņi lietuvieši ir tikuši daudz tālāk, un es domāju, ka arī mums būs nepieciešams saspringt. Vēl ļoti nopietni strādājam ar grozījumiem Sociālo pakalpojumu un sociālās palīdzības likumā, un gribētos aicināt arī mūsu sadarbības partnerus – gan invalīdu organizācijas, gan arī organizācijas, kuras pārstāv profesionālos sociālos darbiniekus, – atcerēties, ka līdz šī mēneša beigām mēs gaidām jūsu priekšlikumus. Un priekšlikumi, manuprāt, būs ļoti nopietni. Tie ir jautājumi, ko šodien pieminēja arī mana kolēģe no Nacionālās apvienības. Tie ir jautājumi par sociālo pakalpojumu turpmāko attīstību. Tā ir deinstitucionalizācija, kas patiesībā nozīmē ne tikai to, ka cilvēki no sociālās aprūpes centriem vai bērnunamiem atgriezīsies mājās pašvaldībā, bet te ir runa arī par tām personām un tām ģimenēm, kuras uzņēmušās rūpes par saviem slimajiem radiniekiem vai slimajiem bērniem ģimenē; ir runa arī par atbalstu tām. Mēs esam apņēmušies komisijā ļoti nopietni sekot līdzi tam, kā visi šie projekti tuvākajos gados Latvijā tiks realizēti, it sevišķi apgūstot vairāk nekā 90 miljonus eiro, kas ir paredzēti darbinieku apmācībai un jaunas infrastruktūras izveidei, un saku paldies tām pašvaldībām, kuras jau nopietni par šiem projektiem domā. Vēlos vēl jūs informēt, cienījamie radioklausītāji, ka nākošajā nedēļā būs pēdējā darba grupas sēde, gatavojot Psihologu likumu, un es, protams, varu vēlēt tikai veiksmi. Lai izdodas mūsu komisijas sekretārei Silvijai Šimfas kundzei! Vēl ir vairākas lietas, par kurām es vēlētos jūs informēt. No Ministru kabineta gaidām grozījumus likumā “Par valsts pensijām”, kur būtu jābūt paredzētām normām par to pensiju pārrēķinu... par pensionāru situācijas uzlabošanu, kas ir solīta un ko mēs daudzi esam apņēmušies paveikt pirms vēlēšanām. Ir runa par laika periodu no 2010.gada, tātad krīzes laiku, kad algas indekss stipri pazeminājās, un līdz ar to cilvēki saņēma aprēķināto pensiju, kas bija ievērojami samazināta. Te ir runa par starpību no 20 līdz pat 50 eiro mēnesī. Vēl viena lieta, par kuru noteikti es jūs aicinu jau sākt turēt īkšķi, lai mums visiem izdotos, ir grozījumi likumā “Par iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokli”, kur mēs kopā ar ZZS pārstāvi Andri Bērziņu iesniedzām priekšlikumu par neapliekamā minimuma palielināšanu pensijām – un ne tikai valsts vecuma pensijām, bet arī apgādnieka zaudējuma, invaliditātes un izdienas pensijām. Mēs aicinām to palielināt līdz 280 eiro mēnesī. Kādēļ līdz 280 eiro mēnesī? Gluži vienkārši tādēļ, ka pašreiz vidējā pensija Latvijā, kā mani informēja labklājības ministrs Uldis Augulis, uz šo brīdi ir 279,14 eiro. Darba mums ir daudz. Un vēl man ir ļoti liels aicinājums un lūgums cienījamiem radioklausītājiem. Jūs bieži esat atsaukušies uz to, ko mēs Saeimā, frakcijās un komisijās darām. Jūs varat pārbaudīt un kontrolēt mūs arī Saeimas mājaslapā. Tur jūs varat redzēt arī mūsu darbus, kādi ir paredzēti nākošajā nedēļā. Un mēs vismaz komisijā plānojam nākošo mēnesi. Un pēdējā lieta, par kuru gribu pastāstīt, ir grozījumi Valsts fondēto pensiju likumā, kuri, iespējams, tiks skatīti pēc tam, kad mēs noklausīsimies valsts fondēto pensiju turētāju atskaiti par to, kā veicas, – par to, vai mums tagad jau ir uzkrāti vairāk nekā 2 miljardi vai summa jau tuvojas 3 miljardiem.
