Par ko tad mēs šeit varam šodien debatēt, un kas ir mūsu balsojuma priekšmets? Tātad runa ir par to, vai mēs kā koleģiāla iestāde, kur mēs, deputāti, strādājam vairākās komisijās, atzīstam, ka šis ierosinājums ir gana sagatavots, lai to no Mandātu, ētikas un iesniegumu komisijas nodotu kādai citai komisijai, vai arī mēs uzskatām, ka iesniegums ir jāatdod atpakaļ Mandātu, ētikas un iesniegumu komisijai, jāturpina darbs un, iespējams, jādomā par to, vai ir jānodod kādai citai komisijai vai jālūdz iesaistīties Ministru kabinetu ar viedokli vēl plašāk, vai pašai Mandātu, ētikas un iesniegumu komisijai jāizveido kāda darba grupa. Es ceru, ka katra frakcija ir nosūtījusi darbam šajā komisijā cilvēkus, kas tiešām spēj orientēties, kā šeit kolēģi teica, visās dimensijās un tiešām strādāt ar iniciatīvu, un nodot tai komisijai, ar kuru ir saskaņots, ka tā var turpināt darbu, nevis futbolēt no vienas komisijas uz otru, kad šeit katras komisijas priekšsēdētājs kāpj tribīnē un saka: “Lūdzu, man ne!” Es tiešām aicinu koleģiāli izturēties pret šīm iniciatīvām. Es balsošu “pret”, jo es uzskatu, ka šobrīd šāds koleģiāls darbs nav bijis. Ir jāatdod atpakaļ Mandātu, ētikas un iesniegumu komisijai, jāsagatavo iesniegums tā, lai saņēmēja komisija būtu gatava turpināt darbu, nevis to darīt ar kādām piespiešanas vai Marsa metodēm.
