Atgādināšu: ir runa par gandrīz 3,5 miljonu eiro valsts līdzekļu izšķērdēšanu. Diemžēl netiek izpausts, kādā apjomā prokuratūra saņems dienesta pārbaudes materiālus, pastāvot apstākļiem, ka tika vērtēts tikai laika periods no 2009.gada 2.jūlija līdz 2013.gada 1.aprīlim, lai gan mēģinājumi turpināt projektu notika vēl līdz pat 2015.gada janvārim. Pastāv augsta ticamība, ka dienesta pārbaudes periods un atbildīgo amatpersonu loks tika izvēlēts ar mērķi izvairīties no to amatpersonu vērtēšanas, kuras šobrīd ieņem augstus amatus valsts pārvaldē un arī Saeimā. Valsts līdzekļu izšķērdēšanā - vismaz 3,5 miljonu eiro apmērā! - atbildīgie turpina strādāt citos amatos, neskatoties uz kaitējumu, kuru viņi savas darbības vai bezdarbības rezultātā ir nodarījuši valstij. Jau 2012.gadā tika secināts, ka projektā piedāvātā funkcionalitāte papildina jau pieejamās iespējas citos portālos un projekta izmaksas ir nepamatoti augstas, un ka projekta izpilde ir jāpārtrauc. Diemžēl kopš tā laika valdības vadītāji un atbildīgie ministri radušos situāciju ir mēģinājuši noklusēt, neziņojot ne tiesībsargājošajām iestādēm, ne arī sabiedrībai par nodarītajiem zaudējumiem. Nozīme ir arī tam, vai uzņēmumi, kas saņēma ievērojamus naudas maksājumus no valsts budžeta līdzekļiem un Eiropas Savienības fondiem par nekvalitatīvi izstrādāto projekta specifikāciju un nekvalitatīvi izpildītajiem projekta un tā specifikācijas uzdevumiem, pašlaik ir iesaistīti citu projektu īstenošanā, kuriem valsts ir pasūtītājs un kuri tiek finansēti no valsts budžeta vai Eiropas Savienības fondu līdzekļiem.
