Nu, liels paldies, ka vismaz nav pateikusi, ka “Citadeli” pārdos dārgāk, nekā to ir novērtējis Zaķis! Tas būtu arī tā... lielā mērā patīkami. Godīgākā šajā pārdošanas procesā īstenībā izrādījās Zaļo un Zemnieku savienība. Frakcijas vadītājs Augusts Brigmanis vienkārši ir pateicis, ka vispār neko nezinot par “Citadeles” pārdošanu. Mutes brūķētāja “Citadeles” pārdošanas procesā izrādījās Nacionālā apvienība. Tas jau diemžēl ir ierasts. Toreiz Nacionālās apvienības pārstāvis Bērziņa kungs kareivīgi prasīja skatīt “Citadeles” pārdošanu visdažādākajās Saeimas komisijās. Savukārt 18.septembrī, burtiski divas nedēļas pirms vēlēšanām, Dzintars Rasnačs, uzstājoties “Frakciju viedokļos”, ir norādījis: “Nacionālā apvienība ir iestājusies pret bankas “Citadele” pārdošanu, un šādu pozīciju valdībā aizstāvējuši arī Nacionālās apvienības ministri. Nacionālā apvienība jau laikus mudināja valdību veikt pārrunas ar Eiropas Komisiju par pārdošanas nosacījumu maiņu. Tomēr, mūsuprāt, tas netika pienācīgi darīts. Tā kā “Citadeles” pārdošanas darījums ir slepens, Saeimai nav pieejama detalizēta informācija par darījuma nosacījumiem, un tāpēc nevaram pilnvērtīgi izvērtēt visus darījuma ekonomiskos un drošības aspektus. Uzskatām, ka politiskā atbildība par šo darījumu jāuzņemas VIENOTĪBAI, kuras pārstāvji valdībā ir atbildīgajos Ministru prezidenta, finanšu ministra un ekonomikas ministra amatos. Viņi ir vienīgie valdības locekļi, kuriem ir pieejama detalizēta informācija par šo darījumu.” Kas notiek šodien? Plānoto - cik tur?... 70 līdz 140 miljonu vietā Latvijas valsts saņems absolūtu “baranku”! Neko mēs nesaņemsim! Nekādus papildu ieguvumus valsts budžetā un valsts kasē, neskatoties uz to, ka tāds VIENOTĪBAS biedrs kā Veiko Spolītis publiski ir arī iepriekš norādījis, ka šie līdzekļi tiks novirzīti valsts kasē. Diemžēl tas tā nav. Līdz ar to minētajā jautājumā pat tā sviestmaize, par kuru bija uztraukta visa Latvijas sabiedrība, ir pārtapusi absolūtajā nullē. Latvijas valsts neiegūs... Kurš no jums toreiz kaut reizi bija ieminējies, ka mēs nesaņemsim neko, pārdodot banku “Citadele”? Neviens! Visi bija klusējuši. Valdības vadītāja klusēja. Finanšu ministrs klusēja. Politiskās partijas priekšvēlēšanu solījumos savas idejas pamatoja ar iespējamiem izdevumiem, kurus varētu, piemēram, segt... to skaitā - no tās naudas, ko mēs iegūsim “Citadeles” pārdošanas rezultātā. Un kur tad šodien ir arī tā godīgā valdības vadītāja, kura jau kopš pagājušā gada septembra sola publiskot “Citadeles” līguma nosacījumus? Arī nekas nav publiski zināms! Līdz ar to, godājamie kolēģi, baņķieru valodā runājot, jūs šodien fiksējat losi, tikai loši esam, nu, varbūt mēs visi paši attiecībā uz to rīcību, ko jūs “Citadeles” bankas sakarā realizējāt. Mums nekas... nav, nekā nebūs, un mēs arī neko neiegūstam! Paldies.".
