Un šī teritorija industriālā parka izveidei ir bezgala liela. Šīs iespējas ir bezgala lielas, un nav jālien iekšā Beverīnas novada teritorijā, jāgāž no kājas 118 hektāri zaļojoša meža, kuru lielā mērā arī ir atjaunojuši bērni, pavasara talkās stādot eglītes, priedītes.
