Tātad runa vairs nav par ekskluzīviem īpašumiem, bet vistiešākā mērā tiks skarts tieši tas sektors, kurā šobrīd ir visvairāk darījumu pašiem Latvijas iedzīvotājiem. Īpašuma cenas atkal neadekvāti augs, un, visticamāk, atkārtosies jauns nekustamo īpašumu burbulis. Pāris gadu laikā Latvija būs pilnībā izpārdota.
