Šodien Saeimas sēdē bija vairāki nozīmīgi jautājumi, bet vēlos informēt klausītājus par frakcijas “No sirds Latvijai” balsojumu jautājumā par Valsts prezidenta atklātu ievēlēšanu, kā arī par tā saukto nolikto atslēgu principu. Pirmkārt, vēlos uzsvērt, ka frakcija “No sirds Latvijai” gan pirmsvēlēšanu laikā iestājās, gan arī šobrīd stingri iestājas par tautas vairākuma gribas īstenošanu. Mūsu frakcija ir stingri iestājusies par tautas vēlētu Valsts prezidentu. Tāpēc mēs neatbalstām nekādus citus grozījumus Satversmes pantos, kuri nosaka Valsts prezidenta ievēlēšanas kārtību. Papildus tam mums kā opozīcijas partijai ir iespēja vērot, kā šajā Saeimas sasaukumā, tāpat kā iepriekšējā, daudzi būtiski lēmumi tiek pieņemti aiz slēgtām durvīm – Koalīcijas padomē. Un iespējams, ka patiesā Valsts prezidenta izvēle notiks tieši tur. Atklāts balsojums Saeimā nebūt nenozīmē, ka tiks uzklausīta tautas griba vai tiks ievērotas tās intereses. Ja koalīcijas partijas politiskā tirgus rezultātā būs vienojušās par konkrēta kandidāta ievēlēšanu, tad atklāts balsošanas process dod iespēju kontrolēt, lai deputāts balsotu pēc partijas norādījuma. Savukārt aizklāta balsošana deputātam ļauj balsot godīgi un pēc sirdsapziņas. Šādā procesā iespējams vairāk ieklausīties savu vēlētāju viedoklī un par to arī pastāvēt. Var piekrist, ka šeit kontrolēt deputātu balsojumu nav iespējams. Taču rezultāts būs patiesāks. Kāpēc pasaulē tautas balsojumus, kas notiek aizklātās balsošanās, atzīst par demokrātiskākiem? Tāpēc, ka neviens nevar ietekmēt vēlētāju viņa izvēlē un kontrolēt to. Priekšlikums balsot atklāti ietver arī citu mērķi – novērst uzmanību no idejas par visas tautas vēlētu Valsts prezidentu un radīt ilūziju, ka Saeima šādā procesā nobalso par tautas atbalstīto kandidātu. Otrs būtisks jautājums bija grozījumi, kas izstrādāti, lai fiziskās personas maksātnespējas procesa ietvaros netiktu piemērots nolikto atslēgu princips, kā arī precizētu saistību dzēšanas plāna termiņus. Šajā balsojumā frakcija “No sirds Latvijai” atturējās vairāku iemeslu dēļ. Mēs saprotam, ka šis jautājums nav viennozīmīgi vērtējams, bet, ņemot vērā plānoto straujo likumprojekta virzību Saeimā, nav iespējams vispusīgi un rūpīgi izvērtēt, kādas sekas var rasties, atceļot Saeimā salīdzinoši nesen pieņemtās normas. Protams, ka mūs satrauc tas, ka šobrīd bankas ir samazinājušas iespējas hipotekāro kredītu ņēmējiem iegūt nepieciešamos resursus. Tajā pašā laikā, mūsuprāt, valdība nav veikusi visus nepieciešamos soļus, lai konsekventi īstenotu iepriekšējās Saeimas, tātad likumdevēja, pieņemtos lēmumus, bet gan padevusies banku sektora prasībām. Mēs neredzam valdības piedāvātos alternatīvos atbalsta risinājumus. Frakcija “No sirds Latvijai” uzskata, ka tikai mērķtiecīga valdības politika ekonomikas izaugsmes veicināšanai, jaunu, labi atalgotu darba vietu radīšana un tiešs atbalsts ģimenēm ar bērniem var nodrošināt cilvēku labklājību un pārliecību par nākotni. Ja cilvēki dzīvos nodrošinātos apstākļos, pārliecināti par savu nākotni, tad arī cilvēki būs gatavi nākotnē uzņemties papildu saistības savas ģimenes dzīves apstākļu uzlabošanai.
