- 2015_02_12_285-seq135 spokenText "Cienījamie kolēģi! Agešina kunga bažām noteikti ir pamats, taču es atgādināšu, ka, veicot grozījumus šajā likumā, mēs uzdosim Ministru kabinetam izstrādāt Ministru kabineta noteikumus, kuros tad arī tiks regulēta neregulāro pārvadājumu joma. Autopārvadājumu nozarē praktiski šī ir vienīgā joma, kuru neregulē atsevišķi Ministru kabineta noteikumi. Šie Ministru kabineta noteikumi taps, un ir Tautsaimniecības, agrārās, vides un reģionālās politikas komisijā lemts, ka šie Ministru kabineta noteikumi vai, pareizāk sakot, to melnraksts nonāks komisijā pirms priekšlikumu iesniegšanas termiņa beigām, un deputāti, ieskaitot Agešina kungu, varēs iepazīties ar Satiksmes ministrijas iecerēm attiecībā uz neregulāro pārvadājumu nozares regulējumu. Līdz ar to es aicinu tomēr atbalstīt šo Satiksmes ministrijas priekšlikumu un doties tālāk.".
