Vēl skarbāka situācija ir veikaliem, kuriem ir vēl mazāks apgrozījums. Uz tiem šis smagums gulstas vēl stiprāk gadījumā, ja apgrozījums ir mazāks par 175 tūkstošiem eiro gadā. Tad tiem piemēro nevis likmi - soda likmi -, bet jau konkrētu summu, proti, 350 eiro. Gadījumos, ja mēneša apgrozījums ir apmēram 5 tūkstoši eiro, tiem nāksies maksāt sodu 350 eiro, kas ir īstenībā divu darba dienu ienākums.
