Es uzskatu, ka mēs šodien to nevaram atļauties un ka mums vajag šos griestus atcelt, lai mums nepastāvētu regresīva sociālo nodokļu sistēma. Mēs pirms vēlēšanām visi solījām, ka tuvākajā laikā ievedīsim progresīvu nodokļu aplikšanu, lai trūcīgi cilvēki, kuri saņem mazāk, varētu realizēt savas iespējas un saņemt vairāk. Bet neviens no tiem politiskajiem spēkiem, kuri piedalījās publiskajā debatē, nesolīja, ka bagātie cilvēki dzīvos labāk un ka viņiem būs iespēja nesamaksāt nodokļus no visas summas. Es gribu pateikt, ka, pieņemsim, Leonīds Loginovs ietaupa no savas algas katru mēnesi 1000 eiro. Es uzskatu, ka tas nav godīgi. Es gribu brīdināt viņu: ja turpinās tādā pašā stilā, mēs pārskatīsim to režīmu, ko dod viņam Sociālo un darba lietu komisija... Šodien es kā opozīcijas deputāts runāju... un sāksim daudz aktīvāk viņam atgādināt par tiem solījumiem pirms vēlēšanām. Un tas ir viens no tiem solījumiem, ko viņš mums solīja. Paldies.".
