Bet nu, tā kā mēs vēl esam tādos emocionālos iespaidos gan par šodienas, gan par vakardienas sēdē notikušo, īsumā pastāstīšu, kāds ir mūsu, Latvijas Reģionu apvienības, viedoklis par to. Pats būtiskākais bija vakardienas balsojums par Latvijas valsts 2015.gada budžeta pieņemšanu. Mūsu frakcija... mēs to neatbalstījām. Un iemesli, kāpēc neatbalstījām, ir sekojoši. Pirmkārt. Šim budžetam mēs neredzējām tādu kā vīziju, kā uzstādījumu – kas būs tieši tas, uz ko Latvija virzās. Bija daudz dažādu uzstādījumu, bet tie tiešā veidā neatspoguļojās pavadošajos likumprojektos. Tie bija vērsti daudzos dažādos virzienos, bet bez vienota mērķa. Ejot bez mērķa, arī kuģis apmaldās jūrā. Tāpēc mūsu viedoklis bija tāds: tomēr vajadzēja vienoties, ko mēs gribam izdarīt, – attīstīt lauksaimniecību, nodarboties ar IT specialitāti, banku sektoru vai ražošanu; kas tad ir tās mūsu prioritātes. Mēs tādas prioritātes nepamanījām. Otrkārt. Tā steiga, kādā tika pieņemts šis likumprojekts, mums ir neierasta, nepieņemama. Mēs uzskatām, ka likumdošanas normatīvo bāzi nevar kvalitatīvi izveidot un pieņemt šādā steigā. Un tāpēc arī nevaram atbalstīt daudzus šos pavadošos dokumentus. Mūsuprāt, vismaz divi no tiem ir apstrīdami Satversmes tiesā par to, ka šādā veidā virzīti. Tas ir likumprojekts “Grozījumi Elektroenerģijas lietošanas likumā” un likumprojekts “Grozījumi likumā “Par nodokļiem un nodevām””, kurā tika uzlikti jauni ierobežojumi valdes locekļiem. Mēs noteikti izskatīsim iespēju, kā nepieļaut šo likumprojektu pieņemšanu un šādu likumu stāšanos spēkā. Un trešais iemesls, kāpēc mēs bijām pret: tāpēc, ka mēs neredzējām, kur ir, teiksim tā, mūsu interešu pārstāvība reģionālās sabalansētības... attīstības sabalansētības jautājumu risināšanā. Mēs reģionu jautājumus redzējām saistībā tikai ar to, ka viņi dalīja šos 2 miljonus eiro. Tur bija reģionālā ziņā paredzēti līdzekļi baznīcām un bērnu rotaļu laukumiem, bet būtībā tādu reģionālo politiku mēs šinī budžetā neredzējām. Un tam es jau pieskāros, kas mums ir pilnīgi nepieņemami, kāpēc mēs... Paskaidrošu visiem vēlētājiem un radioklausītājiem, kāpēc lielāko daļu... gandrīz 99 procentos... Latvijas Reģionu apvienības frakcija vispār nepiedalījās balsojumā, kad tika dalīti šie līdzekļi: jo mēs uzskatām to par amorālu veidu, kā tērēt tautas sapelnīto naudu. Un šādu naudas novirzīšanu baznīcām, bērnu rotaļu laukumiem un citam varēja izvēlēties darīt arī pēc kaut kādiem noteiktiem kritērijiem, lai mums ir saprotams, kāpēc dot vai nedot. Par šodienu. Protams, pats aktuālākais jautājums bija saistīts ar tautas vēlēta Valsts prezidenta institūtu. Mēs esam gandarīti par to, ka vismaz vienā gadījumā... Kopīgi ar kolēģiem Saeimā mums izdevās atbalstīt šī jautājuma virzīšanu tālāk izskatīšanai komisijā – par tautas vēlētu Valsts prezidentu. Ir nedaudz, nedaudz sarūgtinājums, ka tomēr neiet tik raiti ar šo lēmuma pieņemšanu, ko varēja šodien izdarīt, – vienoties, ka nākamo mūsu tautas prezidentu mēs vēlētu šeit, Saeimā, atklātā balsojumā. Mūsuprāt, tas bija racionāls piedāvājums un nevajag ilgu laiku, lai to izprastu. Jo, kā teica Šadurska kungs, ar to lielo budžeta “ķīpu” mums vajadzēja iepazīties 15–20 minūtēs, jo tas liecinot par profesionalitāti. Diemžēl šodien Šadurska kungam pietrūka divu stundu, lai iepazītos ar vienu teikumu. Es negribu šobrīd jūs, cienījamie radioklausītāji, noslogot ar daudziem un dažādiem cipariem un dažādām sarežģītām lietām. Lai jums tiešām gaišas un skaistas brīvdienas šajos Ziemassvētkos!
