Runājot par šo likumprojektu, vēlos vērst uzmanību uz to, ka sabiedrības vajadzības šajā gadījumā ir Austrumu maģistrāles posma no Ieriķu ielas līdz Vietalvas ielai izbūves nodrošināšana, par ko Juridiskajā komisijā sniedza informāciju gan Vides aizsardzības un reģionālās attīstības ministrijas pārstāvji, gan arī Rīgas domes pārstāvji. Attiecībā uz izņēmuma situāciju jānorāda, ka gan šī nekustamā īpašuma, gan nākamo divu likumprojektu objektu... nekustamā īpašuma objektu īpašnieks ir viens un tas pats. Nekustamā īpašuma īpašnieks nav izrādījis interesi sadarboties ar Rīgas domi, noslēdzot vienošanos par nekustamā īpašuma daļas atsavināšanu brīvprātīgā veidā.
