Tāpēc, kādas gan diskusijas vēl ir nepieciešamas, ja viss jau tāpat ir nolemts un ne tikai parlamenta vairākums par šādu jautājumu nobalso, bet arī opozīcija, šajā gadījumā SASKAŅAS personā. Tas būtu viens. Tātad nav adekvātas diskusijas, šī diskusija būtu nepieciešama, un tai jābūt atklātai gan par likumiem, gan par amatpersonām. Otrs. Par grozījumiem Saeimas kārtības rullī. Bet runa ir par priekšlikumiem, kas saistās ar vienu no tādiem parlamentārās kontroles veidiem kā jautājumi ministriem un ministru atbildes. Ir diezgan nožēlojams skats, kad atbildes uz šiem jautājumiem tiek sniegtas vēlā vakarā un nav šo deputātu, tāpēc ir labs divu Saeimas Prezidija locekļu, kas abi ir opozīcijas deputāti – Klementjeva kungs un Kūtra kungs –, ierosinājums šos jautājumus un atbildes rīkot pusstundu pēc Saeimas sēdes, kas, protams, nozīmētu lielāku diskusiju, jo vakarā neviens no deputātiem diemžēl nepaliek un bieži vien, teiksim... kolēģu no frakcijas SASKAŅA pieredze ir tāda, ka viņi pat necer, ka būs spraiga diskusija, un uzdod šos jautājumus, necerot pat, ka ministrs atnāks. Nu, tas nav pieļaujams! Ja mēs runājam par opozīcijas darbu, viens būtiski svarīgs jautājums ir arī koalīcijas partijām – ja tās vēlas spēcīgu valdību, ir jāspēj atbildēt uz jautājumiem, kurus uzdod opozīcijas kolēģi, un jāspēj pamatot savu viedokli, pretējā gadījumā veidojas tāds dīķis, kurā, kā Gēte teica, kad met akmeņus, pat apļi nepaliek. Tātad veidojas sirreāla vide, kas neatbilst un ir pretrunā ar demokrātisku iekārtu. Pēdējais, ko es gribu teikt, ir par iesniegumu apakškomisijai. Es vakardien komisijas sēdē ierosināju un šodien rakstiski iesniedzu iesniegumu, kurā lūdzu pārdēvēt apakškomisijas nosaukumu.
