Saņemot šī panta trešajā daļā minēto informāciju, deputātam ir pienākums sešu mēnešu laikā apgūt valsts valodu Ministru kabineta noteiktajā prasmes līmenī par saviem līdzekļiem.” Komisijā likumprojekts tika atbalstīts, un lūdzu Saeimu atbalstīt likumprojektu pirmajā lasījumā.".
