Kāpēc es tā saku? Redzat, te ir tāds neliels ieraksts, ka par saviem līdzekļiem. Bet gadījumā, ja valsts vai pašvaldība rīko bezmaksas apmācības kursus, šāda iespēja konkrētam deputātam ir liegta. Tāpēc es ļoti aicinu jūs, veicot politisko cīņu un sākot priekšvēlēšanu aģitāciju, sākt arī draudzēties ar galvu. Paldies.".
