Taču tajā pašā laikā šajā dramatiskajā situācijā, kad veselības aprūpes nozarē katastrofāli pietrūkst finansējuma, mēs redzam, ka šāda situācija ir gana ērta un izdevīga un nes ļoti lielu labklājību, par kādu šīs nozares smagumu nesošais medicīnas personāls pat nevar uzdrīkstēties sapņot, bet kādu to sev nodrošina, teiksim, vadošajos amatos esošie vai arī tie, kuri ir izveidojuši savu privāto biznesu, izmantojot valsts apmaksāto infrastruktūru. Arī farmācijas bizness... šeit es domāju - tirgotājs… Paskatieties, tas ir viens no pelnošākajiem biznesiem! Miljonāru topos atrodas šie cilvēki. Un tā tas ir apstākļos, kad veselības aprūpes nozarei trūkst finansējuma! Ziniet, tas acīm redzami parāda, ka lietu kārtība un naudas aprite ir deformēta šajā nozarē, turklāt par labu kādam. Varbūt tieši tāpēc nekādas izmaiņas nozarē nenotiek, jo kādam ir ļoti izdevīgi saglabāt šādu status quo, un tāpēc mums šīs reformas arī nenotiek.
