Budžeta un finanšu (nodokļu) komisijā, lemjot par šo pēdējo naudas sadalījumu, es, būdams samērā lētticīgs cilvēks, uzdevu jautājumu, cik daudzas pirmsskolas iestādes darbojas valsts valodā un cik daudzas (procentuāli) iestādes darbojas svešvalodās, un, ziniet, Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijas pārstāvji ārkārtīgi apjuka un teica, ka viņiem šādu datu nav. Respektīvi, jautājums bija ļoti vienkāršs. Cik procentus valsts finansē bērnu apmācībai svešvalodās? Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijas pārstāvji nespēja atbildēt un solīja mums komisijā sniegt atbildi pēc nedēļas. Tagad es saņēmu šo Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijas atbildi. Kā atceraties, jautājums bija šāds: cik bērnudārzos mācās jeb darbojas svešvalodās? Atbilde ir šāda: sniedzam jums skolēnu sadalījumu pēc mācību valodas, tai skaitā vakara, maiņu un neklātienes vispārējās izglītības iestādēs. Nevis par bērnudārziem... Tur nez kāpēc ir rakstīts, ka mazākumtautības... krievu un poļu valodā mācās 27,66 procenti; no tā var saprast, ka krievu un poļu skolas vai bērnudārzi ir viens un tas pats, vai arī tur ir puse uz pusi. Bet par bērnudārziem mēs atbildi nesaņēmām. Līdz ar to man radās doma noskaidrot, ko par šiem jautājumiem saka Latvijas izglītības domas klasiķis Kārlis Šadurskis. Un, ziniet, es atradu ļoti precīzu atbildi, ko es gribu jums nocitēt. Kārlis Šadurskis teica, ka finansēt divvalodīgu luksusa izglītības sistēmu nespēj atļauties neviena no Eiropas pārtikušajām valstīm. Izglītības latviskošana ļaus straujāk tuvināt pedagogu atalgojumu vidējam līmenim Eiropā, kas ir ar koeficientu 1,2-1,3 no vidējā atalgojuma sabiedriskajā sektorā. Latvijas apstākļos šodien tie būtu aptuveni 1000 eiro jeb 700 latu. Es domāju, ka neviens no mums arī Budžeta un finanšu (nodokļu) komisijā neiebilstu... Šodien mums nav šo 1000 eiro skolotājiem. Šadurska kungs teica, ka pāreja uz latvisku valsts finansētu izglītību ir jāveic pakāpeniski - no 2015.gada visās valsts skolās 1.klases mācās tikai latviski, bet no 2016.gada jau 1. un 2.klases mācās latviski, tā secīgi veicot pilnīgu pāreju uz mācību procesu latviešu valodā; ka ir svarīgi jau 2014.gadā piecgadīgos un sešgadīgos bērnus sagatavot, lai viņi bez pūlēm varētu uzsākt mācības skolā latviski. Ir pienācis laiks turpināt iesākto izglītības procesa latviskošanu. Vienīgā nelaime, ka izglītības un zinātnes ministrs Kārlis Šadurskis to teica 2013.gadā. Tagad ir 2016.gads. Es, protams, aicinu šoreiz, tā kā šī programma tiek noslēgta, atbalstīt šo apropriācijas pārdali, bet es ceru, ka izglītības reforma nākamajā gadā jau būs pabeigta, izglītības un zinātnes ministrs Kārlis Šadurskis turēs savu vārdu un mēs varēsim jau citos apstākļos dalīt šo naudu tām skolām, kuras tiešām finansējumu pieprasa un māca bērnus valsts valodā. Atgādināšu, ka valsts pabeidza trīs gadu programmu saistībā ar atbalstu ģimenēm ar bērniem, bet tajās pašvaldībās, kur ir problēmas ar rindām pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs, ar mērķi, lai šajā periodā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu pieskatīšanas un izglītošanas pieejamības lietas tiktu sakārtotas, kopumā valsts šajā atbalsta programmā ir ieguldījusi vairāk nekā 20 miljonus eiro. Un 2015.gadā... Šajos piecos mēnešos, lai pabeigtu mācību gadu... Tātad kopā - 3 miljoni 279 918 eiro. Pašreiz viens no būtiskākajiem papildu riska faktoriem Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstu drošībai joprojām ir ārvalstu, proti, Sīrijas vai Ziemeļāfrikas, teroristisko organizāciju kaujinieku darbība, kas rada apdraudējumu. Šis likums paredz pasažieru datu reģistra veidošanu, kas tieši varēs to novērst, varēs veicināt cīņu pret starptautisko terorismu, kā arī pret starptautisko organizēto noziedzību, kas transportu izmanto dažādu noziedzīgu darbību veikšanai.
