Aizsardzības pārvalde nodarbojas ne tikai ar fizisko apsardzi, bet arī ar objektu apsardzi, naudas inkasāciju, naudas pārvadāšanu un tamlīdzīgi. Te ir tā pamatproblēma. Ja jūs uzmanīgi izlasītu grozījumu likumā “Par Latvijas Banku”, ja atmiņa neviļ - 42.2 pantā ir minēts, kas noteiks šaujamieroču iegādes kārtību Latvijas Bankā un kas noteiks Aizsardzības pārvaldes valdījumā esošo šaujamieroču pielietošanas kārtību. Nez kāpēc šīs tiesības tiek deleģētas Latvijas Bankas padomei. Mēs varam runāt par to, cik kompetenti viņi ir finanšu un ekonomikas jomā. Es neesmu eksperts.
