Piedāvājam šo likumprojektu apstiprināšanai jau galīgajā lasījumā. Lai tas nonāktu līdz trešajam lasījumam, ir bijušas ļoti nopietnas diskusijas. Diskutēts ticis ar visām ieinteresētajām pusēm; ar šo likumprojektu tika iepazīstināta arī Eiropas Komisija, lai mēs iegūtu saskaņojumu. Nu tas viss ir izdarīts, un likumprojektu skatām trešajā lasījumā. Komisijā esam saņēmuši 12 priekšlikumus. 1.priekšlikums - deputātu Līdakas un Matīsa priekšlikums, kurš paredz vairāk nekā divas reizes palielināt kofeīna koncentrāciju, kas noteikta enerģijas dzērienu definīcijā.
