Ja ir problēmas ar psihologa iegūto izglītību, šīs problēmas ir jārisina izglītības iestādē. Ja ir nepieciešama lielāka prakse, ilgāka uzraudzība vai kādas citas darbības, kas šobrīd izglītības procesā netiek piedāvātas, tad tās ir izglītības procesā jāiekļauj. Taču nebūtu pamatoti teikt, ka cilvēks, kurš ir izmācījies vai arī šobrīd jau iestājies augstākās izglītības iestādē ar mērķi iegūt šo diplomu un strādāt savā profesijā, tomēr tajā strādāt nevarēs, papildus neieguldot vairākus tūkstošus eiro, kurus realitātē maksās šī likumprojektā paredzētā supervīzija. 8.priekšlikums paredz, ka, iegūstot izglītību, cilvēks var strādāt.
