Tāpat ir izslēgta norma par deleģējumu Ministru kabinetam noteikt kuģu reģistrācijas valsts nodevas apmēru un arī tās iekasēšanas kārtību, jo attiecīgie Ministru kabineta noteikumi izdoti uz likuma “Par nodokļiem un nodevām” pamata. Likumprojektā jaunā redakcijā ir izteikts Jūras kodeksa 308.pants, ir precizēta kārtība, kādā tiek atgūti jūrnieka repatriācijai izlietotie valsts budžeta līdzekļi gadījumos, kad kuģa īpašnieks nav ievērojis jūrnieka repatriēšanas pienākumu un jūrnieka repatriāciju veikusi Ārlietu ministrija. Šo likumprojektu mēs esam izskatījuši komisijā, atbalstījuši, un komisijas vārdā aicinu atbalstīt pirmajā lasījumā.".
