Tāpat šinī likumprojektā tiek noteikts, ka atsavināšanas procesā iegūtos naudas līdzekļus pēc atsavināšanas ieskaita valsts budžetā un ar Ministru kabineta rīkojumu nosaka, kādā apmērā, kādam konkrētam mērķim un kur valsts augstskola pēc tam nākamā gada budžetā saņem atsavināšanas rezultātā iegūtos līdzekļus, vai deleģē tiesības finanšu ministram palielināt par šo naudas summas tiesu gadskārtējā budžetā paredzēto apropriāciju augstskolai.
