Kad mēs jautājām Ministru prezidentam Mārim Kučinskim, kā tiek organizēts darbs un vai ir izvērtēta ierēdņu atbildība par to, ka vairāk nekā divu gadu garumā nevar izstrādāt vajadzīgos likuma grozījumus, lai visas direktīvu prasības tiktu ieviestas, mums tika sniegta atbilde, kuru bija sagatavojusi finanšu ministre, un atbildē viņa pauda uzskatu, ka ierēdņu rīcība ir bijusi ļoti atbildīga, operatīva un ka tas atbilst labas pārvaldības principiem. Ja jūs to uzskatāt par tiešām atbildīgu rīcību, kas atbilst labas pārvaldības principiem, tad, man liekas, tas ir nožēlojami, ka parlaments kārtējo reizi samierinās ar to, ka izpildvara var tik bezatbildīgi izturēties pret sabiedrību, pret uzņēmējiem. Tikai tad, kad uzņēmēji jau sāk protestēt pret to, ka tiks būtiski kavēta iepirkumu veikšana (un mēs runājam par Eiropas Savienības līdzekļiem, kas ir vairāk nekā piecu miljardu apmērā un kas skar dažādus būvniecības projektus, kuru skaitā liela daļa attiecas tieši uz ceļu būvi), - tikai tad notiek šī ļoti atbildīgā un operatīvā rīcība, kas vērsta uz strauju likuma grozījumu sagatavošanu. Kam vēl ir jānotiek, ja divu gadu garumā nav iespējama rīcība, bet pēkšņi, dažu nakšu laikā, ir iespējams sagatavot šādus likuma grozījumus?! Tāpēc es esmu pret to, ka Saeima legalizē visu šādu izpildvaras darbību un ļauj izpildvarai tik bezatbildīgi rīkoties arī turpmāk. Mēs paši sevi necienām, ja pieļaujam, ka Saeimā tiek pieņemti šādi likuma grozījumi bez rūpīgas izvērtēšanas, bez analīzes.
