Bet, ja mēs skatāmies uz šo darbu kopumu, kas ir izveidots... ja mēs skatāmies uz darbu kopumā, es domāju, ka šis virziens ir pareizs. Ja mēs atceramies, parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisija ir konstitucionāls instruments. Un, ja Saeimas locekļu kvalificēts mazākums nolemj to izmantot, šis instruments ir īstenojams likumā noteiktajā kārtībā. Parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisiju likuma 3.pants skaidri paredz: komisijas darbību var tikai pagarināt. No vispārējiem Latvijas tiesību doktrīnas principiem izriet: pagarināt, nevis saīsināt! Jo publisko tiesību institūti veic atļautas lietas... Ja konstitucionālā instrumenta izmantotājiem pašiem šobrīd šķiet, ka viņi ir izvēlējušies nepareizu instrumentu vai pārāk lielu ieroci, citureiz tā būs nopietna mācība - rūpīgi un atbildīgi izvērtēt savu rīcību, pirms parakstīties par parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisijas izveidi. Savukārt mums kopā tā ir lieliska iespēja ļaut sabiedrībai pārliecināties par parlamentāro kontroli tādā svarīgā lietā kā skandalozie notikumi Valsts ieņēmumu dienestā un no sabiedrības viedokļa dot izvērtējumu (Dep. R.Balodis: “Atbildi uz jautājumu, ko es tev uzdevu!”; dep. A.Kaimiņš: “Beidz lasīt!”) vai tajā ir darbojies astoņkājis vai varbūt simtkājis. Nobeidzot savu uzrunu... Lai arī pēdējo nedēļu laikā medijos ir izskanējis lērums emocionālu paziņojumu, vēlos atgādināt, ka uzņēmos komisijas vadību, lai rastu atbildes uz sabiedrību interesējošiem jautājumiem un problēmām, neatkarīgi no politiskās konjunktūras. Un, es ceru, Spolīša kungs varēs tagad paskaidrot Mandātu, ētikas un iesniegumu komisijā, kur mēs šodien dosimies sakarā ar Saeimas kārtības ruļļa un Saeimas deputātu ētikas kodeksa pārkāpumiem. Tā ka viņam vēl būs iespējas plaši paskaidrot šos savus nedarbus. Es domāju, problēmas būtība ir tanī aspektā, ka var jau dažādi šīs lietas organizēt, bet... Tas, ka mēnesi no vietas nenotiek pilnīgi nekas (katrreiz tiek runāts par sekretāra ievēlēšanu un par mērķiem), - tas, manuprāt, ir ārpus jebkuras kritikas. Komisijas sēžu protokoli Word formātā klejo interneta dzīlēs, tie netiek apliecināti tā, kā tiem būtu jābūt apliecinātiem. Komisijas sēžu laikā drīzāk mēs varam par visu ko izrunāties, tikai ne pēc būtības. Tāpēc es šobrīd neredzu citu veidu, kā vienkārši protestēt, - pamest šo komisiju, un manā vietā netiks deleģēts neviens cits no NSL deputātiem. Un ja jau tie trīs koalīcijas deputāti, kas varēja “drosmīgi” pirmajā sēdē ievēlēt vadītāju... un tikpat “drosmīgi” (pēdiņās) varēja sanākt šonedēļ, otrdien, kad faktiski četriem deputātiem... viņiem ir izbraukuma sēde, jo... Veiko Spolīti, mīļais draugs mans, paskaidro, kā tas ir iespējams: tu pats esi Aizsardzības, iekšlietu un korupcijas novēršanas komisijā, kurā ir arī Ādamsons, Balodis, kurš stāv jūsu priekšā, un Ruks - četri deputāti no sešiem! -, viņi atrodas izbraukuma sēdē, un tu noorganizē sēdi tajā laikā, kad tev pašam jābūt citā sēdē?!
