Kas ir atkarības pārskats? Tas ir pārskats, kas parāda saistītos darījumus ar koncernā iekļautajām kompānijām. Tas ir tieši tas, kas parāda, kādā veidā mātes kompānija pārceļ uz savām saistītajām kompānijām... kaut kur pārceļ varbūt daļu peļņas, lai nebūtu jāmaksā nodokļi vai lai tādā veidā samazinātu to dividendēs izmaksājamo daļu, kas ir paredzēta... varētu tikt izmaksāta mātes sabiedrības akcionāriem. Manuprāt... Diskutējām arī komisijas sēdē... Mazākuma akcionāri akciju sabiedrībās iestājas par to, ka tā ir normāla informācijas prasība ikvienam, kurš vēlas investēt arī akciju sabiedrībās.
