Garās diskusijās Juridiskajā komisijā kopā ar Finanšu ministriju mēģinājām saprast, kāpēc tas tā notiek. Tur ir daudz vēsturisku aspektu, kāpēc tas tā notiek, jo faktiski mums ir ļoti daudz kontu, kuros ir iespējams iemaksāt šos naudas līdzekļus: 30 kontos tiek veikti ap 180 tūkstoši darījumu 23 miljonu eiro vērtībā. Katru gadu tiek saņemts 1000 iesniegumu par to, ka ir vai nu nepareizi iemaksāti, vai pārmaksāti naudas līdzekļi. Tātad šajā pantā būs precīzi noteikts, kā būs jārīkojas. Un tāpēc Juridiskā komisija ir atbalstījusi, un uz otro lasījumu arī citi priekšlikumi nav saņemti. Tātad lūdzu godātos kolēģus šo likumprojektu atbalstīt otrajā lasījumā.".
